Abel Plumbing Inc

I use Abel Plumbing in the community of Manufactured Houses that I manage, as well as, my 125 year old home. I have never had a problem with them. They always do great work at a great price.

Abel did an entire bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a good quote, employees were friendly and respectful and I absolutely love my new bathroom. Several other plumbers didn't try very hard to come up with a solution that would work for our space but Abel was confident and creative. I would use them again and recommend them.

As with many business professionals time is valuable. I did not have an emergency but needed a plumber to check out my water softener today and it was essential that they arrive when they said they would so I could leave work to meet them. Mr. Lester was very prompt and polite. He did not try to oversell me on products. He only handled what I needed. Please feel free to contact me for a further reference.(2013)

UPDATED 8/14/2014 - I apologize to anyone who previously relied on my review from last year. Any positive knowledge or ability the employees may have is far outweighed by the inability to keep timely appointments. For example I called the company and cancelled the "your first" appointment after waiting for an hour, the new plumber still showed after I left and was never told that I had cancelled for being late. This appointment today was set after the first appointment earlier this week where nobody ever showed for my morning appointment. I did call and request to speak to the owner or manager and nobody was available three times today. Nobody in that position ever called back.

Very unsatisfied with this business. We contact Abel Plumbing because we had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom down into our downstairs bathroom. Abel Plumbing advise they can come out and take a look. However, there is a $100 service fee we have to pay in cash. My husband and I said fine. Abel came to our home looked upstairs in the tub area and reviewed the downstairs ceiling and stated we just need some more adhesive caulk around the faucet to prevent the water from going through the cracks from taking a shower and pushing the shower release. My husband and I was a little skeptical seeing how he did not unscrew anything to confirm his theory other than advising us this occurred at his home and to truth him. Of course we did because he advise if the problem continue they will return and we do not have to pay the service fee again since it is the same issue. Nevertheless, the problem was not fixed. The area where the leak started, cause the ceiling paint to peel and now our ceiling is starting to bubble in that area. We called Abel no response. We left messages but no return calls. Now when we call we receive the voicemail every time. Regrettably, we have to have someone else come out to fix the problem and pay someone else to repair the ceiling. I am very unhappy with this company and will never do business with them again.

Not trustworthy. Test Gauge accidently sent him a test kit that belonged to another "Abel Plumbing". We got ahold of this guy. He had our gauge, he verified he had it, then he ghosted us. He stopped answering calls and messages. He ended up keeping the gauge that didn't belong to him.

Installed a water tank and after they left a pipe they hooked up to the heater came apart and flooded the basement, I called several times and they never returned my calls I had to call another plumbing company to fix the leak and they had to re due it all to make it to code

I WAS NOT HAPPY They did not come on time even though I had spoke to them and set a clear time. It would seem as though this company does not know they are not alone in the plumbing business.
