We came to Rebecca in search of a complete hair unit. After a less than ideal experience prior to her, we were pleasantly surprised by her in every way. We arrived and were greeted with kindness and allowed the privacy that was needed. Questions were kept to just the minimum needed to determine what we wanted. Rebecca took the time to sit down and go through and find the color we were looking for and the perfect style. We met with her for about an hour and found what we thought was a great match. Her expertise and opinions as well as the information she shared with us is invaluable. Upon picking up their hair unit we were blown away with how perfect it was in color, style, fit. Everything! She also gave us the education needed to care if the items we purchased and is available for additional questions and styling. Thank you so much Rebecca for the difference you made in this journey. My husband had a hair replacement by another salon here in Rockford a few months ago. From the beginning there were issues, the color of the new hair didn’t match, the haircut was terrible, it kept lifting.....he went back quite a few times and the issues continued.
He called Rebecca and explained everything and was able to get an appointment and within an hour she had him looking like a new man. She removed the hair and dyed it to match his hair, reapplied it correctly and gave him an awesome haircut.
She gave my husband his confidence back and made him feel like he was important. He felt so comfortable with her and walked out of her salon with his head high and felt like a million bucks!
That is very important to a man that has unfortunately felt the loss of losing his hair.

If there could be negative stars I would give it. $600 is what we spent to give my husband his confidence back and all she did was just take more back and make him feel humiliated cause of her "Great work". I want our money back. This is a disgrace and you say you did this for a living. Honey what I saw is disgraceful to beauty profession. Shame on you!!!!
