This place is great! I went there today to get a shirt for my niece for her 13th birthday. I gave them a picture from my phone of what I wanted and then it took them about 45 minutes to make the shirt, that was fine I had to get her another present in the mall anyway. When I picked up the shirt wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect but the quality was amazing and it was exactly what I had asked for.

I called trying to get some answers about what they have in stock and when they open and about how long per process even though I have shopped here multiple times. I never felt like my business wasn’t needed ever so I will definitely not shop here again. They even messed up the birth year on my memorial sweaters a few years ago never asked for compensation but the rudeness I can live wirhout. Thanks for nothing.

Had time sensitive items that were dropped off. When I returned at the agreed-upon pick up time The materials were right where I left them. They told me to come back later. I asked for a refund and in the future will use other options.

I came by to get 2 shirts. Literally takes 10 mins at most to make them. I got told 45-60 mins until it's done. Not any other orders or customers, just him sitting there and playing on his phone. Hour later and he still hasn't started. It took an hour and 30 mins for him to get off his butt to start making them. Never again will I come here.
