I had an amazing experience. On a Monday afternoon I stop in because my 2015 golf sport wagon TDI was making a grinding noise from the brakes on the rear driver side. Turned out it was a bearing that was in bad shape. They didn’t have one in stock but we found one at a local part store. Lou Bachrodt was able to get me in and I was out of the 2 hour flat. I have always had a great experience with Chelsea she was amazing and she went way out of her way to help me out.

I needed to get my 2013 Passat in relatively quickly because the engine wasn’t starting due to DEF issues. Called a few places and they were all booked out 2+ weeks & didn’t seem sure what was wrong with my car. I called in to the vw service center here and Chelsea had an idea as to what was wrong almost immediately. She told me to get my car there the same day I called and they’d have it ready for me in a few days. I am so pleased with the fantastic service I got from her.

So I’m new to IL & I was worried about finding a new place to have my car serviced.
As my precious VW dealership took excellent care of me, and I became use to this.
So I found Chelsea at my new dealership Lou Bachrodt, she has just been great to work with. I’m treated very nice, she explains everything to me, shows me to a nice waiting room.
My car is returned clean.

Chelsea is always so kind and welcoming. The service is great; I've never had a bad experience. They go over everything with you to insure your car is running well. Thanks Chelsea and crew for being so awesome.

Chelsea was great! They handled my problem quick and I was back on the road. And to make it even better it was still under the extended warranty.
