Furniture Elegance

Originally I was not going to even go into this store due to some of the reviews I saw, but I was at the mall and decided to check it out. We have dealt with Josh every time since then. I ordered 2 different bedroom sets and now a living room set. Josh suggested we look at Ashley furniture because they didnt have the living room set in the showroom for us to look at. The same exact set was at Ashley for over $1000 more then at Furniture Elegance. Delivery for the bedroom sets and set up was not expensive at all. Josh advised us when we ordered the living room set that there were a few pieces that were not in stock so delivery would take a little longer then usual. We have had a wonderful experience with this company. I usually do not post reviews, but since a review almost stopped me from even going there I thought it was only fair to write one. Go in and see for yourself. They price match and it's the same furniture. No harm in looking and ask for Josh.. he is very upfront and honest.

Furniture Elegance gave me the best price towards everything I needed, compared to any other furniture store in the area that sells the same product. Delivery and assembly prices can’t be beat for the quality of service done. Guys that assembled my furniture were very professional and kind and respectful. Will go back for any future purchases.

I bought my furniture with zero interest and with nothing down. Got the approve in a second. Best furniture, high quality, low price that fit the budget, great customer service and I had a great experience with them , I highly recommend it ... you will be saving a lot of money here than other stores. Fastest deleviry . I just asked them for a drop off but they actually help me put it together for free. You should visit there. They always have a free thing when u buy stuff.

Josh and azam were so kind and helpful. I have panic disorder and i brought my 8 year old son with. Josh gave him some cookies and occupied him for a bit while i made my purchases. Azam knew what bedroom sets i wanted from only my verbal description. Delivery was set for 2 weeks. At two weeks i called to schedule delivery. My stuff wasnt in yet. No big deal. They set a date which would have been 3weeks 3 days after i ordered. Still absolutely acceptable. When that day came i had alot going on. But i didnt get a call. I was actually relieved. 6 days later i called them. I said you guys didnt call me for my delivery. It ended up i gave them the wrong number when i ordered. Whoops. The man on the phone was nice and said i can fit you in for delivery in 2 hrs from now. Excellent! Delivery guys were punctual and efficient. Had forgotten a mirror. Got it to me the same evening. I was one of the skeptics who read the reviews after i made my order. I was so nervous.. I tell you i was not disappointed. All in all ive had a great experience. I will be going back.

I came in to get a sofa and love seat. Josh gave me exellent customer service. He was able to help me find something in my price range. The furniture was delivered to the store where I was able to pick it up. Furniture Elegance has great prices on their furniture and they also price match any local competitors in town price!

Enjoyed my time shopping they helped me find exactly what I was looking for!
I also got my delivery earlier then expected, which was perfect.

Omg I love this store. It is absolutely gorgeous inside. The staff is amazing and they have incredible deals. So glad we went there to get our bedroom set. Will definitely be going back for furniture for the rest of the house.

Very friendly staff they were able to get me the bedroom set that I had my eye on for the last four no the or so. And the best part about it is it was much cheaper than the room place. Same product,model but they save me so much money! Thanks again furniture elegance!

The atmosphere was welcoming the staff had great product knowledge and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel as if they were trying to just push products onto me and they really listened to what I was looking for.Josh was super helpful!

In store staff is nice and understanding. Have been extremely patient with us during the covid-19 insanity loving my new bedroom set.
