I did not end up renting here, but my experience with Liza, the leasing specialist, was very pleasant. She was very helpful with the application process.

I’ve been here for 2 years. Property manager Nymia always available and very compromised with the people living here. Maintenance guys Javier also pretty good at all. Building is good and restored!

Harrison Beach apartments is a great place to live, I lived here for over a year and I have no problem and Nymia is best manager. She make sure everything is taking care of. I recommend it living here.

I give it all 5 Stars because of nymia she made living there wonderful! She always made sure everyone & everything you needed was taken care of & safe .She made that place feel like home 100%

I have lived here for almost 2 years with my son. We couldn’t be happier. Any minor issue I have had has been taken care of my Nymia immediately. I love the updates in the laundry room and I don’t have to go to the laundry mat any longer. Although I haven’t needed to call maintenance in quite awhile, they are always super friendly when I see them around. I look forward to remaining here for awhile.

We were inquiring about an apartment and Irena answered and helped us out so much. She came out and explained everything in detail on how the area was and the amenities and points of interest. I would 100% recommend Harrison beach apartments and their property manager Irena.

I've been living here at Harrison Beach Apartments and I have never have issues. The place is nice and quiet, people are friendly, walking distance to the stores, banks, restaurants and more. Maintenance stuff are nice and they take care of maintenance issue right away. The lady in the office is very nice, her name is Nymia. She is approachable and very kind lady. Even though she is always busy every day entertaining other people (tenants/non tenants) she always smiles and very polite. I recommend Harrison Beach Apartment to people who is looking for a place to call home.

Just newly rented a place, Liza, our leasing agent has been very helpful and approved us in a very timely manner. We had one issue with our AC unit and she assured me it will be fixed before we moved in! Always answers my texts and calls within a timely manner. Been very helpful and respectful throughout the whole application process and lease signing!

Harrison Beach Apartments is such a nice place to live in. I've been here for four years. Nymia is smart and hard working lady. Never any complaints about anything. The maintenance guys are hard working and take care of everything right away. I would recommend Harrison Beach Apartments to anyone.

Moving in and completing the application process was an absolute breeze with Nymia! She answered every question I had and gave me everything I needed in a timely fashion and was very sweet through the walk through!

I like the place and it’s only a walking distance to pretty much everything, Starbucks, Chase bank, Gym, McDonalds , grocery store, Walgreens and more… The maintenance team are amazing and they respond quickly whenever an issue arises. (Thank you Javier and Neslon :). In addition to, The people in leasing office are awesome especially Nymia, she is very friendly and trustworthy and many years of leasing experience over the last past 5 years I’m leasing with Harrison Beach Apartments.

Nice 2bedroom apartment very quiet and low- key place to live.The neighbors are friendly and it's a pleasant environment. I love the Team Management when I needed something fixed or done in my apartment Miss Nymia would get right on the job send her boys out and get it corrected. She is great at what she do,she Kno the work and how to handle getting things fixed a very polite young lady.

My son and I have lived here going on 3 1/2 years. When we first came and looked at the apartments we were quit impressed with them!! Coming from a small town I was kind of nervous moving to a much larger city. But after meeting other tenants and staff we felt comfortable and safe with the complex. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly.

My Leasing specialist is Liza. She was an amazing help. I Love her attitude and enthusiasm. She made sure i got what i wanted and was comfortable. If you are considering she will be sure to help you out 😊. Also love the unit.

I have lived here 2 year's now. I have never had an issue and if I did the office manager always took care if it. I like the she's on site along with the maintenance crew Nymia is a great office manager. I like the complex it has a Gazebo where you can grill outside with family and friends. A great place to live and a good place to make new friends

I have live here for almost 3 years and I like it here, the place is nice and quiet, I haven’t have any issues. I like to walk to store like save a lot and Walgreens is just right around the corner, McDonald’s is across the street. Nymia the manager is very helpful, understanding, very polite and kind. The maintenance guys are hard worker and take care of this place really good. I like living here.

Adrian & Irene were both so prompt in replying to my request for a showing. The very next day I had an appointment. Unfortunately our circumstances changed just a few hours before our appointment, so I emailed to cancel AND they were still very kind & professional! If I need an apartment in the future they will definitely get my business!

Thanks Ms Nymia for assistance in help me to navigate of many terms that I didn't understand. Very helpful throughout the transition of the new owner. She's a great asset to the company. Appreciate her concern in enjoying my stay at Harrison Beach Apartment.

Good location near stores.. great place to live and maintenance are very helpful, The manager Nymia is always polite and goes out of her way to help any tenants. Have lived there for 12 years now.
