Honestly, hands down, I’m glad I came here. The little lobby is cozy and warm. First time having a sugar wax done and Erica was amazing. She was very inviting and it was great conversation with her. I’ll definitely be going to her as long as I’m able to. She made everything so easy that it’s like I had known her for years. If you’re looking to try out sugaring (I had the Brazilian done), I’d definitely get ahold of Erica at Prickles!

The reviews are true, 5 stars. I may have seen stars during my appointment (there is pain involved) but Erica was great about distracting and talking me through it. The results are worth it and I will be back! Quality work, great results, definitely recommend!

If I could give Erica 10 stars I would! She is personable, hilarious, attentive and an absolute PRO at hair removal. I have tried several salons in the past and ever since I started seeing her I will never go anywhere else! I have a skin condition and she goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and well taken care of! She not only listens to all my issues during our sessions but she reaches out on her own time to have me try new products to make sure I continue to have clear skin. I cannot say enough good things!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. Erica is worth every penny and more. She is a master of her profession. Her business is very well run. The facility is spotless and comfortable. She books up quick, you just need to plan out in advance. Very easy to set up an appointment and the appointment reminders are much appreciated. Erica is the best of the best. Although I haven’t gotten waxed in some time, I wouldn’t dare go ANYWHERE else. She makes you feel comfortable, provides awesome conversation so it’s not super awkward when she’s deep sea dive waxing your hoo ha. Also being able to text for appointments is just so wonderfully convenient. 10/10 would recommend :)

I am not one to leave reviews on Google especially about a service as personal as this but after my appointment today and talking with Erica I wanted to stop here and let you all know how great she is. I have been a client for about 7 years and have always been made to feel very comfortable. The salon is clean, cozy and private. Erica sticks to the schedule that she sets and is always on time or early which I appreciate because why should I have to wait because someone else can't be on time. She is very knowledgeable and at my first appointment explained the difference between sugaring and waxing and how bad shaving actually is.

A couple of tips: Erica works alone so if you call leave a message or text. She is very good at what she does and her books fill up fast so don't wait until the last minute to make your appointment.

PS: 5 stars isn't enough..more like a solid 10! Give Prickles a try!

Erica does a great job! She keeps the place clean, has great humor to help distract me from the pain, and the text reminders are really nice.

I went to Prickles for my very first Brazilian sugaring and it was amazing! Erica made it very easy to stay calm and eased my nerves, since I was so nervous. I would highly recommend going to her for anyone who has one foot in and one foot out when it comes to wax/sugaring!!
