Robin has been doing my hair for 8 years now and she is nothing short of fantastic. She can do any Pinterest picture I request and always has the best product recommendations to keep my hair looking it’s best.

Robin is the go to person. She did a great job on my 3 kids. She is reasonably priced and she works well with scheduling you if it’s a last minute thing.. also if you’re not sure what you want she is really good on ideas… I recommend ROBIN!!

Robin has taken care of my family and I’s haircuts for 6 years. She has always given us beautiful haircuts while guiding us in the right direction for our hair needs. We spend a lot of time in pools, our hair was beginning to get very dry and brittle from the chlorine. She recommended a swimmers shampoo and conditioner as well as a Malibu conditioning treatment done in her shop to help your hair affected by chlorine. Both treatments help tremendously to maintain the health of our hair while still enjoying the pool. Robin has all the knowledge for all hair types and needs!

Robin is phenomenal! Always super helpful in making color decisions, and always does everything she can to make your hair what you dreamed of before you went in! She does my fiancé’s hair as well and neither of us have ever had a bad experience.

I have been going to Robin now for 10 years and have followed her from two different salons to her current one now which she owns and operates. Her salon is only one chair so the appointment is more personal and focused and everything is done by Robin herself.

I recommend her to everyone, absolutely everyone. She is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. I can bring her any crazy picture off Pinterest and if it will work for me she will make it happen.

A friend of mine that also sees Robin had surgery and couldn’t make it to the salon and asked Robin if she could possibly cut her hair in home since it was unusual circumstances and she agreed and drove to her!

Another big plus is she genuinely cares about the customer. A lot of times you go to a salon and they will do exactly what you ask even if in the end it might end up bad or your hair fried. Robin won’t do that. She always does a pre-color/cut consult the day you go in to make sure she knows exactly what you want. I brought her a picture once of a haircut/style and she explained that she would cut my hair that way if I really wanted, but educated me that because of my hair density and volume I would have to style it everyday to get the look I wanted and who has time for that with little ones running around? So after talking it over we came up with a cut that I LOVE and can also manage easily.

Also my son just had his first haircut with her at one year and it was fantastic! He didn’t cry at all and was even giggling while she was cutting his hair! He got a certificate and a small envelope with a bit of hair in it to mark the occasion. He moved a lot of course and she never even gave him a sideways glance; she is so great with kids and very patient.

Robin also uses a hair donation service called “Children with Hair Loss” which donates a wig every year to a child in need up to the age of 21. I love that! It is so much better since Locks of Love charges and you only get the one wig.

She has a huge following of regulars including myself and I could go on and on about her. I will never go anywhere but Robins House of Hair.

Robin is amazing, listens to what I want and is so knowledgeable. I drive 2.5 hours to see Robin and will for as long as she's servicing clients

Absolutely horrible experience!! Via Robin’s website we signed our 16 year old daughter up for the “two color foil” service with an advertised price of $75 and 120 minutes for the service. Upon arrival at Robin’s salon my wife and daughter went over the color choices and the finished look my daughter was looking for. Robin acknowledged the request and told my wife it was going to be around 2 hours (120 minutes) and that she didn’t need to wait around. My wife figured Robin was a “professional” and what could possibly go wrong so she went and ran some errands, utilizing her time. Upon my wife’s return and picking up our daughter, our daughter’s hair looked nothing like the natural blended look that was agreed upon, and Robin charged our daughter not the $75 as advertised, but instead $150, and our daughter was manipulated into leaving Robin a 15% ($22.50) tip for a total of $172.50!! AT NO TIME did Robin mention anything to Mom or Daughter about any charges other than the $75 advertised price!! Both Mom and Dad called Robin and expressed our disagreement with these charges and the $22.50 tip. Robin’s response was “your daughter agreed to these charges by swiping your credit card and agreeing to the charges and tip. If you don’t like it, you shouldn’t have left her”. I told her “she’s a minor, she’s 16! You should have communicated this to her mother!" Robin repeated, “then she shouldn’t have left her” This was the response from someone that claims to be a “professional”. On top of all this, our daughter hated “the look” Robin gave her, so she went to Wal-Mart with her big sister to pick up some hair coloring, came home, and colored her hair herself. She’s not thrilled with it, but at least she feels like she can go out in public. We’re filing a “billing issue claim” with our credit card company, reporting Robin to the Better Business Bureau, and leaving feedback on every site we can find. Again, absolutely horrible experience, and EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL!!
