I worked with Scott here at the Joliet location to find a couch for my home. Scott is the nicest salesperson I have ever ran into. Not pushy, understands exactly what it is you’re looking for and is patient enough to let you make your own decision when you are ready to do so. Friendly staff all around! I can’t wait for my furniture to come in! And my dogs love it already of course!!!

Leticia was a great help as soon a we walked through the door, she made my vision come true with the many options I love everything we got! Amazing location will definitely be back!

Scott Lindberg was my salesman today and he was fabulous! He was very friendly, helpful and informative. I purchased a new bedroom set, couch, lamp and two Sealy mattresses. I was able to get two mattresses for the price of one with the President’s Day sale. I’m very happy with my selections and can’t wait to get my new furniture!

First off, thank you to Leticia for being a great informative person! We bought this a while back on May 07, 2023. Leticia answered all of our questions and concerns. She even informed us of things that we wouldn’t even think of. The process was smooth and she was friendly! We love our outdoor furniture and are very grateful that she helped us out!

Diana was amazing from the time I walked into the store! I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it. I’ve always had mechanical recliners and that was what I was going into look at, but for the price she showed me the electric recliner, and it was like the Cadillac of recliners. So comfortable and sooo much easier to recline it also had the adjustable headrest which was a bonus (no more pillows behind my head) I was sold. No pushy sales tactics, just showing me options and the difference in the sale prices so i could make a good purchase decision. Diana is an asset to your staff. My buying experience was great! Thank you and looking forward to my new couch!

Tina was great assistance. She allowed me to roam around until I found what I wanted, once I did, we met back up and talked numbers. She made it her business to give me the best deal. I walked away today with so much furniture at a low price. Ask for Tina, she’s the best of the best!

I had bought a lounge chair and cabinet online at Value City website what seems like forever ago! Little did I know that I would be double charged for this online purchase. I called and spoke to countless people at both the credit card vendor Synchrony and Value City customer service for almost a full year with no resolution to my problem! Until I spoke to the manager Christine at the Joliet store on Mall Drive and let me tell you !!! She fixed the whole problem in a few days!!!! She rocks!!!! Thank you Christine!!! Folks if u want to shop Value City , support this managers store and stop by and speak to the best manager hands down I have ever worked with! Thank you !

I came in because I needed a mattress and Leticia was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the different option I had. I made a very informed decision about the items I purchased thanks to her. Im very happy she took care of me, I definitely recommend her.
