CrossFit Supercell

I dropped in on a Saturday morning for a free community workout. The staff were amazing. It’s easy to see why this gym is doing so well. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I dropped in here while visiting IL and had a great experience! The owners, Jeremy and Selena (sp?), were very welcoming and helpful. We have both been doing CF for 10+ years and enjoyed our time at SuperCell. It’s always a comforting feeling when you’re traveling and are lucky enough to find a little piece of home away from home in another CF gym :)

Was visiting the area from PA and dropped in for two classes. Nice clean gym. Coaches and members were very welcoming and friendly at both classes. Highly recommend

Great atmosphere with fantastic coaches! Dina was friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the workout. Highly recommend visiting the gym if you’re in the area or joining if you live in Rockford. Clean gym, tons of equipment, good vibes all around.

WORKOUTS IN A GROUP SETTING - Everyone does the same movements in a set amount of time - I walked into Supercell being apart of the CrossFit community since 2009 at two different gyms. Recently I made the big move out to Rockford this year and I was pleased to see a CrossFit Gym that is open basically all day. 5am to 1pm then 3pm to 7pm - offering open gym all day and 6 to 7 CrossFit classes everyday! And I am thankful for that. Oh...AND Saturdays are open to everyone; even if your NOT a member you can do the Saturday workout with us every week! [how cool is that!] All coaches are professional and knowledgeable about the movements, posture, and always encourage you to scale if you need to. Everyone is very friendly and most tolerate my quirky banter. - My goal this year was to lose some weight and strengthen my endurance. Since I started at Supercell I have lost 15 pounds and I am getting closer to being able to mentally fight through some challenging workouts. Definitely come and meet some of the crew on Saturdays.

I have dropped into gyms all over the country and CrossFit Supercell is hands down my favorite. The atmosphere, community, coaching, gym, and workouts are top notch. Since day one the coaching staff and community members have made me feel welcomed. If you’re wanting to drop into a gym this is the one. If I lived here this would be my home gym for sure! CrossFit Supercell, I will be back.

I moved back to IL a couple years ago, and I took my time looking at different crossfit gyms in the Rockford area. SuperCell won me over pretty quickly with their fun and free Saturday community workouts. I ended up joining because I really liked the positive and encouraging atmosphere and the knowledgeable coaches. The prices were also less than I expected when comparing gyms. I'm so glad I've become a part of the SuperCell family! Our WODs are the best way to start my day. The coaches are supportive and skilled. They are able to help me with modifications needed during workouts (especially when I was pregnant) as well as with improving form. It is easy to feel part of the community here. Highly recommend!

The vibe at Supercell is friendly and welcoming. Coaches are awesome people, very positive and a pleasure to work with. No matter where you currently are with your level of fitness, they will work with you to reach your goals. Highly recommend.

Came to work out as a drop in. Instantly felt welcomed into the group. Probably the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to. The workout was intense and the was coach awesome. Definitely will be back when I’m in town!

This is a great gym! Very welcoming atmosphere and coaches. There are some strong athletes here! Everyone was very encouraging. Variety of programs like free Saturday workouts and kids class. I would highly recommend this gym!

CrossFit Supercell is a great example of a what people love about CrossFit. Kory and Brandy have created a friendly and welcoming environment. The workouts Coach Kory programs are fun and well thought out. His decades of experience and understanding of the human body through chiropractics and athletics is such an amazing asset for anyone trying to simply get fit again or an athlete looking to improve at their sport.

One morning our class was working on front squats. I tried to pick up the bar at 225lb but my back hurt too much to even take it off the rack. When Kory noticed I was having discomfort, he quickly took me aside and adjusted my back and rib. I went back to the bar and proceeded to move up to 275lb with no discomfort at all. It's been pretty awesome having a chiropractor AND coach.

Supercell is a great place to visit.

Stopped by because I was in town visiting friends and this CrossFit gym was the closest. One of the best decisions I’ve made for a place to get a great workout in. Great family environment with great energy and equipment.

I started CrossFit two years ago at a different box in town. That went fine for a while, but it came time to move on. Fortunately CrossFit Supercell was down the road. They offered a relaxed environment, family plans, better pricing, more flexible hours (including open gym!), and a Head Coach who is not only CrossFit certified, but is also a sports trainer and a licensed chiropractor. There are a few CrossFit boxes in Rockford which are good, and I recommend Supercell be on your short list.

At Crossfit Supercell you will find coaches that will help you get strong safely.
They are trained to guide you during the workouts and will help you scale the movements based on your skill.
