My friend recommended J Carlson and I bought a nice evergreen, but I was not happy with my experience. I did not ask to speak to manager or the owner, but surprisingly, the owner reached out to me. He went to the trouble to figure out which customer I was and called me to discuss my concerns. Based on our conversation, it is quite evident that he takes pride in his business and was concerned about making things right. With my concerns resolved, and their nice selection of trees, I think I've found my "go-to" nursery. I've already ordered my trees for spring planting from J Carlson.
