What a wonderful experience shopping here. Grant was so helpful, he let us test things out and was not pushy at all! We ended up purchasing a beautiful dinning table! Grant and Manager worked well to get us a deal! Thank you both for your customer service and friendliness.

Patty went above and beyond to help us purchase a lift chair. My husband just had a foot surgery and we needed a lift chair fast. She helped us get the chair we wanted ordered, paid for and set up delivery fast, all without going to the store! I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store in Rockford, IL ask for Patty!

My overall experience was excellent. Lionel was very helpful and responsive with my online ordering transaction. The updates on the delivery status, including being able to track the truck, was awesome. I will certainly order from Ashley again.

I called early last week about a living room set. It wasn't available, though it was in my cart. I spoke with Angel, and we talked about coming in to do a price match on something else. I got an alert that i could get the love seat. So, im like screw it. Let me see how long the wait was for the sofa. My heart was set on this sofa set. I called back today and spoke with Angel again. So, I'm explaining to him what I see online. He tells me he's going to call me, just let him look at it. He calls back and informs me that there is also an ottoman to the set. I say no to it. He say OK just wanted to make sure. Let me call you right back. The next call was to inform me that my order was ready. All I had to do was pay online. If you in the Rockford area looking ask for Angel.

Gabby was our sales associate and she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We liked her especially because she was not a high pressure or pushy sales person. She gave us her business card and said when your ready give me a call. We left the store and came back within an hour after we had time to think about it. Gabby was very pleasant and friendly.

I was able to purchase some new furniture. I had a very good experience. Ana Hernandez explained everything and made my experience very smooth.

Our sales guy Monster was very patient and understanding with our thought process and thats why we made a choice to go with Ashley. He made us feel like we were making a purchase with a family member. Great product and great service. Thanks!

Outstanding!!!! Best customer service available! Why? Needed to buy a low profile Sterns mattress foundation quickly to replace high profile! I initially called 1 800 number and then realized they had a Rockford store - hung up and called them. Gabriella answered the phone and within 5 minutes she listened to my need and processed my order. It just kept getting better! They had a foundation in the distribution center and it would be delivered in a few days. Other stores in area were quoting weeks - months or didn’t know! Simply put- very apparent they were not interested or wanting to waste their time on a mere $350 sale!!! Gabrielle explained how to pay with the link she was sending. She called me back to confirm the store received payment and we were good to go and proceeded to thank me for shopping with Ashley! Truth be known I could not thank her enough. Just when u think this is best customer service business you have ever encountered - I get a call from a friendly voice saying this is Ashley Furniture on line representative and we are sorry we missed your recent call. It took a minute for me to realize this was the 800 call that I hung up after deciding to call Rockford directly. I apologized and explained what happened! She was glad Ashley could help and my need was taken care of! So two perfect employees!!

I had the good fortune to be met with an associate who met my every need in choosing the right mattress for my specific needs. Grant led me through the entire process with ease, great knowledge and explanation, patience and personalability. He took note with each mattress my comments so that by the time we'd made our way around, he reminded me which I liked and why. 😅 This helped us narrow them down to choose my new mattress.

I have rented many houses and been through the whole process many times. This was by far the most convenient and pleasant of them all.
