Kelly is fantastic, and really a car spaz!! She was very knowledgeable about her cars at Grote Automotive, and had a willingness and ability to do whatever needed to complete a sale, but most importantly making her customers happy. Kelly is the reason, along with the sales manager Miles, that we bought a vehicle from Grote!! We probably would have gone with a new car somewhere else, but in the end Kelly and Miles made the difference in our choice to buy used. I would highly recommend Kelly, and Grote Automotive for your used car needs, they are really focused on making the customer happy!! Knowledgeable, professional, caring and honest, what more would someone want in salesperson!!!

Service was great. Somebody needs to get that guy Gage Hubka a promotion. He went above and beyond with customer service and helped me and my husband get a new 2019 Ford Escape that same day. He helped with us with the entire thing even though it was his clock out time. He was very helpful and really nice to us even though we had a few struggles a long the way (Our fault, not theirs). He also was very informative on everything we were going through for the paperwork and even after everything was done and over with, he took time out of his day after his shift was over to help us move some of our stuff into the new car. Me and my husband are extremely grateful to him and the rest of the staff that helped us and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and I will definitely be coming here for future purchases. You guys did an amazing job and I appreciate it.

When you show pic's of the truck you purchased from the dealer just 10 months prior which has been totaled in an accident to the sales manager and he takes it upon himself to find a more than suitable replacement, texts you pictures and a description and finishes with "it's yours if you want it", you have found people that truly care and will go the extra mile and more for their customers! I can't thank Miles, Josh and everyone at Grote enough for the personal attention they gave and how quickly they were able to make this happen.
