As a new patient in this office, I feel like my patient care is not being handled very professionally. Last month I was prescribed a medication, that is very dangerous to stop taking abruptly.
I started calling the office 4 days before the medication was out.
I have now been without it for almost 3 days. I have started to go into severe withdrawal without this
Medication. I have a history of seizures and I have started having severe panic attacks. The office does not have a direct line, so they cannot physically go and give the message to a nurse and nobody picks up on the phone when they try to transfer the call. I'm not sure I would recommend this doctor's office to anybody I cared about. Because I would not want anybody else to have to go through this experience. IT HAS BEEN PURE HELL!!
