SEPHORA at Kohl's Rockford South

Love how nice the workers are and overall it’s a nice place!!

Love that Kohl's added a Sephora. It is within close proximity and have some of the popular and brand favorites. Definitely will be going back, especially if I am in a time crunch.

Employee not helpful. Was trying to buy product and in the middle of us talking, she turns her back and takes a phone call. Then at the end of phone call, I'm still standing at the counter, she never turns back around. So I try to get help from the employee at the other register. If you dont want to do your job, go home. Didn't end up buying product and wont be back. Great job sephora kohls hiring team.

I'm not impressed with this store. I was not able to use my Sephora gift card, you can only use them at freestanding stores, ones that aren't located inside of another store. I bought Fenty beauty foundation, it cost me $44 and some change, haven't used it yet. I think they will sell anyone's line of makeup if they have a social media presence. They have a setup like Hollywood studio set for makeup, but not the professionalism to match the decor. The employee was nice, but it took 15mins for me to get rung up. This is a store for teenagers. I've had much better shopping experiences at ULTA.

This store is so disappointing! Nothing is in stock! We won’t be back!

Empty shelves. Messy. Dirty. Not much for woman's perfume. Basically bare. What is going on?
