Midwest Stitch did a beautiful job putting together an order for us. We are a small company and were still treated with care and respect. Their selection is great, and being able to try things on and see things in person made the process so much better than trying to do things online. Some modifications to our logo were needed and Kyle did a nice job with that. We will be happy to do future business with Midwest Stitch and to refer them to others.

Great experience with Midwest Stitch!! I am an accountant for a local Rockford manufacturing site who was looking to reward our workforce for a great first half of the year. I walked in and wasn't totally sure what I was looking for. Daniel, my salesman, took the time to meet with me, discuss options and pricing, and make recommendations that landed us an order of these beautiful, green, embroidered T shirts! I mentioned that material quality was very important and Daniel found me a material I loved, at a price I was comfortable with. In UNDER TWO WEEKS, my order of 80 shirts was processed, completed, and ready for pickup. Daniel provided me updates and feedback through the whole process.

Daniel was very responsive and communicated every step of the way from the design to the delivery. They send a proof of the design for the first jacket to share what it looks like, and it was very helpful. Their website and catalog are easy to navigate, and it was very simple to place an order. Giving them to the crew, the guys loved them, and the jackets are great quality, warm, and comfortable. They were surprised by the detail of the logo and thoroughly appreciated the gift.
