Farmers Insurance - Robert Novak

I've worked with Robert Novak (Bob) for years now. When we had a car insurance claim for a crisis, he was there on the phone calmly talking us through it. He's always patient as can be, kind. And he even called back to check in with us when we needed it. The claim ended up going through smoothly, and he and everyone else in the office were great in soothing my anxiety. The claims process can be extensive and difficult (especially for first-time car owners!) but he was a great help for us in making it go a bit smoother! Thanks, Bob!

Horrible insurance company. This guy did absolutely nothing for my mother who made a claim for the first time in her life after paying their premiums for 7 years on time every month which they denied using semantic wording in the policy my father had purchased. She had to make the claim because he passed away and couldn't purse it further. I'm not posting this out of spite or as a way to get back at them. They are truly the bottom of the barrel as an insurance company!!!!! So beware beware beware of getting any type of homeowner's insurance through this company as they don't pay out on a legit claim.
