As helpful as I could ask, very professional.

Was told and I quote "those bills are yours and if you didn't pay them then shame on you...shame on you". I said "did you just shame me?" She said "yes I did" to which I replied "is your finger shaking at the phone while you say tisk, tisk?" to which she replied "is that some kind of racial slur?" Really? The race card. Then before I could utter a sentence they hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager and was told they weren't available currently and would call me back. Currently still waiting for the call back....still waiting. The whole reason for the call was to resolve bills that should not be on the credit report as they should be covered by my insurance. I was then told shame on me and profiled as a racist. The lack of human decency and compassion applied to my conversation is appalling. The lack of common sense was atrocious. Most bill collectors stay of the defense while these guys have no problem being offensive to anyone at anytime for any reason. Not even a shred of human decency.........scumbags need jobs too I guess.

Has any of my Illinois friends dealt with this place! The WE tribe sent payment to them 3 years ago, they never cashed it, then when we called to straighten it out, and the lady was rude, condescending about the Tribe and my native nationality. Called back to talk to a supervisor and they refuse to

One of the worst or I can say "the worst" collection agency. They charge 25% of the bill amount as collection fee. Shame on you guys. A person with medical bills is already in a bad state on top of that you charge 25% of that bill as collection fee. This is a horrible way of earning. You deserve this.

Calls and harasses me. Apparently I owe money to a company I've never heard of. They even had it effect my credit score. My credit advisor doesn't even know where this originated.

Bogus people very poor customer service. They even hung up on me
