I think that Deanna Hohmann does a strong job of making the Al Lang Agency look very good.

I was recently surprised to find that my premium for our homeowners policy with American Family was increasing by over 20%. Totally unacceptable. I met with Deanna at the agency. She proposed several ideas and options that would allow me to keep my "grandfathered" policy and lower that increase substantially as well. Al Lang American Family agency has a great asset in Deanna, she represents both the interests of the agency and client quite well.

I've been with the American family al lang insurance agency for a very very long time.... many years of great service I have been given. Anytime there's an issue or a claim is needing attention they get right on it ...always keeping in contact with you every step of the way letting you know the status of things.. lots of discounts available for multiple cars or multiple properties.. having cameras.. and different security features on your home or vehicle.. I wouldn't go anywhere else. There staff always treat you like family....They even wish you a happy birthday,!!! doesn't get much better than that :-)

I have been with American Family for eons. My husband and I had all of our insurance needs met by American...car insurance, home owners, and life. My husband recently passed away and the life insurance checks arrived in a very timely manner, and that is so important when everything is confusing and you don't know which end is up. Then I had some problems with a car I leased and every single solitary time I called American with YET another question, the women who work there and answer the phones were 100% friendly and they even remembered me.More than friendly, they were kind. It was great, I truly believe they know my history and story and want to help me. Being a newly single person I feel like they are a resource for me to keep things on track.
