Customer service is exceptional, whether in store, on the phone, website ordering, and social media presence. You will not find another store to match--she is hometown hospitality on all realms to the MAX!! Love her products, bought several for my whole family! Shipping is fast, payment options are awesome, price is affordable, quality top notch!! This store has it all, and how lucky we are to have it within 60 minutes of us! I recently purchased an item from Broker Leather's website BEFORE completely looking at every item. I found a similar item that I liked better, so I called and left a message and sent an email explaining my problem. Within a few hours, Brianne returned my call on her day off! She took care of my problem and sent my item right away. To me, this speaks volumes about Broker Leather's customer service. You won't get that at a large department store!

Walking into her boutique is a great experience, the smell of all the leather in her store is sooo good and the customer service is the best!!! I have purchased boots from her in the past and they are still my favorites. When I heard she was moving her boutique to Waukon I was so excited for our small town because she would be a great asset to revitalizing our downtown.
