Customer service was pretty slow but I don't think it was their fault cause they seem really short staffed and were extremely busy...not disappointed most of folks were doing a really job

Very helpful customer service. Went to oxford and got 0 help after requesting and when I went to anniston right after they were beyond helpful. Will never order from oxford again. I'll drive further for annistons help.

Lowe's is where it's at anything you need for work,or your home they have inside an outside plumbing electrical appliance one stop for all. Look at them Christmas trees they have there😁

Amazing experience! Shopped online for pick up at the store. When I got there, I went right to the lockers, put in my code and Voila! The door to my locker swung open and I was able to pick up my order safe and secure! Technology rocks! Love Lowe's!

Customer service done right! To make a very long story short, if more businesses provided customer service like I experienced at Anniston Lowe's, they would have more customers than they could imagine! Kudos to the management- Lidia and the customer service staff. They took care of a problem and went above and beyond to improve a situation which was not in any way their fault! Thank you! We found pretty much everything we needed to help start our own business. The employee at checkout was very helpful.

Bought a new refrigerator from them after a 5 week fight with LG failing to honor the warranty on their product that died in the storm of 6/14/23. LG finally paid off and we got a different brand from Lowe's. Their delivery crew, Tyrone and Cory, were outstanding and very competent, hard working young men. They got us up and running quickly, wasp nest and all! Home Depot will only deliver to your front yard, just drop it in the grass and leave you with it! Beware of that. Mike, who delivered our mower was also great.

This past week (6 and 8 June ‘23) I had to pick up quite a few deck boards. I was helped by three very courteous employees on those days who go the boards with a forklift and took them to my truck and helped me load and secure them. I understand it’s their job but I was impressed with the willingness and professionalism with which the did it. I don’t know their names, but one was a younger guy who drove the forklift, on both days, and the other two were a little older black and white male: I appreciate the help as I was by myself and it would have taken a much longer time to do the job alone!

My product was exactly where the Lowes app said it was. There was no waiting in line to check out. The cashier was waiting for me at the register. Great experience.

Awesome associates, quick response time with helping finding certain things, and if one is unable to find that particular item, they'll find someone else with longer experience to assist you otherwise! Overall great home improvement options, good for construction in housing, sheds, etc. Also a good D.I.Y. place to find quick items to fulfill personal desires! :)

I want to say I made a mistake on your store. I really had a Great Experience with you all. My family bought a Door that they really loved and the girl that waited on us was Shay I believe was her name she was really nice and helpful. I am sorry for the mistake. This Lowe's was a Great place to shop. Thanks for your services

Today was a great day Lowe's. Manager Colton was so helpful, and several employees helped me with my purchase...from loading on a cart, getting it off the shelf, and putting it in my car. Kuddos to John, Rose, Lauren, and Saxon. Keep up the good work.

I have a hard time walking and use a cane. A employee was taking a buggy inside and I asked if I could use it. The man walked over and said can I go inside and bring you a cart? I said that would be wonderful!! Matt went and got me a power cart and helped me find what I was looking for too!! He was super sweet and considerate!!! He definitely needs some kind of perk for treating me this way!! Maybe employee of the year!!! Thank you Matt and Lowes for providing me with superb customer service and meeting a man who truly cared for me!!

I got some paint the other day, and a nice employee named Joe offered me friendly and kind service. I always feel welcome here.

Clean and organized store. Great place to get tools and materials.
