Ate here weekly as a kid and stopped back through for work. Same amazing aroma when I opened the door and amazing sauce! Staff was so sweet to customers and lots of laughter. Betty would be proud that her legacy lives on!

Stopped in for barbecue sandwich and fries, food was good, and waitress can't remember how to spell her name but i think it was Tanji or i hope im close ,was so attentive and polite.And the radio was playing 70S music 🎶 made the meal even better.

I treated myself and I was not disappointed, amazing amazing fried green 🍏, catfish fillet, okra,hush puppies,peas, and lemon ice box pie, it's nap time now 😀

The food was good it’s kind of different than the other bbq restaurants I’ve been to but that’s okay. I had the bbq beef plate with the three sides and it was joy eating it, I may have to admit I think I had too many sides to go along with it. The atmosphere was not so loud when we went in there which was okay in comparison to other restaurants I’ve been to. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries, it’s been a long time I have ever tried it. My moms chicken tenders were quite small today when we were there today which I don’t know why but she enjoyed the veggie sides.

If you are looking for a restaurant that is not part of the chain, this is it! Every dish is amazing. They offer special menu items each day that repeat weekly. My favorite memory is eating chicken and dressing here each Thursday with my grandmother. You get plenty of food for the price you pay. Don't forget to grab a slice of peanut butter pie while there!

So.... as in some of my other reviews, we travel as concessionaires and follow Nascar. On the road we get tired of chain restaurants with the same stuff. Today we found a REALLY good place @ Betty's BBQ. The food was really good with a home town vibe and flavor. The waitstaff was so friendly and the customers were talkative with us and I interactive !! If ur in this part of Alabama u just might/should check this place out, we know we will return!!

All of the Food is delicious and top off your Meal with a slice of Pie! They have several types but my two favorites are the Peanut-butter Pie and Lemon Pie!

Lived in this area for over five years and just now ate here for the first time. Undoubtedly the best BBQ and home cooking in Calhoun County! Keep it up!!

Loved the chicken tenders (cooked when you order), the fried green tomatoes were to die for and the sweet tea was ever flowing. Gracie was an excellent server! Will be going back. Update: went back got the stuffed potato. Excellent and fast service thanks to Misty.

They had the best green hush puppies catfish everything loved it and great service they were very fast to their busboy was super fast he is a hard worker

Local staple, serving up great food and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our order was cooked fresh and reasonably priced. The young lady that waited on us named Shawna was THE BEST and so friendly. I think they call her "S.J". She is so nice and friendly and made us feel at home. I sure hope Betty's knows what a rare gem they have facing their customers - genuine customer service is hard to come by these days. S.J. does an outstanding job representing your brand and deserves to be compensated well for it! I live in TX now but I am from Anniston and I remember when the original Betty's was across the street from Sunny King Ford, and Mrs. Betty worked the drive-thru window! Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed!

Fried Pork Chops, Squash Casserole and Cabbage Salad (coleslaw) 😋. Can't beat that for $10 😯.

Had lunch with a friend. We both ordered the BBQ pork plate. Mine with baked beans and fries. His with onion rings, potato salad, a side salad and bbq bread.. Side salad was really big. All the food was great. The service is super fast. My only regret was not asking what the daily specials were. It was chicken and dumplings, my favorite. I ordered me some for later. Betty's has some of the be best BBQ around. I've eaten lunch there several times in the past. I usually get the BBQ plate with baked beans and FFs or coleslaw. They also offer burgers and vegetable plates. The service is great and the prices reasonable. I highly recommend Betty's 👌

Been in town for business and was referred to them. Place is dated however they have a good selection on the menu and friendly staff. Tried the dinner special which changes daily. Food was hot and fresh. Will come back again

Stopped in to Betty's Bar-B-Q, from TN, for excellent fried chicken. The chicken was cooked fresh, while we waited, so it came out beautifully seasoned, crisp, hot and juicy. It was a fabulous treat paired with some truly Southern tasting green beans. Keep up the good work!
