Had a Friendly experience, Mr Reggie was our cashier and attended us with generosity. Got all my food and I was the only one without a drink and he offered a water cup, in the past with Mr Reggie he has been more than a friendly person. It may sound small but small actions can make anyone’s day, Great Customer Service!!!

By far the quickest service from any jacks in the area, foods always hot and the best quality of any other jacks as well, never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes and the people at the window are always sweet

For $6.00 u get a good meal deal!!

Had their chicken for lunch. It was kind of bland and needed more seasoning (salt). Had the little Jack burger for dinner, and it was great.

Disappointed in the fried chicken sandwich, didn't taste fresh, staff seemed friendly

Not only is the store absolutely beautiful and clean. The tea was perfect and the food is delicious. But you have one thing that really beats all other Jacks and her name is Alicia. Please tell her that they don't make people like her anymore. Ones that seem like they're actually happy to be at work and happy to serve you. I don't know if she's manager but she needs to because she understands what your company needs. I am blown away at how she goes above and beyond for your company to be successful with happy customers. You know I set up my profile as Heflin as my favorite store but thanks to her now it's Anniston. God bless you, he knew I needed to come across you and your goodness.

This is our local Jack's and always friendly and hard working.
I ordered the Big Jack without the bun and they added extra Lettuce, tomatoes and onion. They helped me make a Hamburger Salad.

You'll Go Back to Jack's Jack's Jack's! I suppose their biscuits are a little bit to learn to like. There is no longer a Hardee's to offer completion in the area. Everyone knows the Hardee's biscuit recipe is the champion. It's the secret(Lard). Jack's doesn't use the good ol southern staple. The Jack's biscuits are more crumbly like cake batter. The Jack's biscuit will fall apart in your hands.

I have celiac disease and Jack's accommodates my food intolerance by making sure that they make my food fresh and that its made away from all other orders.. I even feel safe ordering a big Jack with no bun.If I know that we are eating out I w will take my own gluten free bun. And, Jack's have the best fries 🍟 then any other fast food restaurant. I only eat out at 3 maybe 4 take out fast food like restaurants. And Jack's is one of my favorites. I also like the green beans, slaw, and mashed potatoes. I haven't had an issue with these either. I just tried the vegetables for the first time about a week ago. Of course mashed potatoes no gravy.

I have Jack's to add bacon to my milkshakes. Yes, I realize that is weird, but it actually tastes great. My favorite is the lemonade milkshake. I always enjoy eating there. My family and I have become regulars at Jack's in general and are always treated nicely. I appreciate the fact that they are willing to make the food the way I want it.

Great people, great food, great price, great facility

I love Jack's! On the way to RMC to be with my niece for her third child birth... It was close to closing time... I asked for a side of gravy.. Was even willing to use one of my sides for the gravy... Well she didn't give me the gravy and she shorted me a fry. It was closing time and she was on break smoking so I didn't have to walk in to tell them it she made me show her my receipt as though I didn't know what I was talking about. The food was good but it was a little too irritating at that specific time for someone to have to always be right arguing with me over a fry... And I really didn't even need it it it was the principal of it...

For fast food Jack's has the best around. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have the regular fast food, burgers, etc. But they also have meals, country fried steak with sides, chicken dinners. Just an all around good place to eat. They also have a breakfast menu that is hard to beat.

Service was quick and the employees were very helpful and polite. I always enjoy eating at this establishment. I would recommend this Jack's to anyone. If this review helped you, please hit the thumbs up. Thank you.

Got what I ordered. But their service is so good here that they usually have a long line in their drive through. But the food is great.

Never had a had a store or restaurant go out of their way to make sure everything was cooked correctly
