Horrible, filthy dirty, appliances do not work most of the time , urine stained pillows, dog feces left in the room from the patrons before me. I spent a couple of hours cleaning it up to my standards before unpacking . I am a former employee of Econo Lodge in Beckley and believe me this room would never ever pass inspection for Choice hotels. Not too mention their office employees are very rude & disrespectful after they solicit their patrons for drugs and find out they don't partake in that behavior. Fearful of being told on they make up lies, slandering the names of innocent patrons getting them kicked out of the hotel/motel. It's all very sad and disheartening bc I overlooked alot of things, making my life a little harder not wanting to inconvenience anyone and this is the Thanks I get. Kicked out and my name slandered. God will bless me through my trials. Another Blessing !!! Thank you I'm in a much better environment now, what you meant to harm me God actually worked out in my favor.

Friendly and courteous. Always there to help my stay be the best. I work night so sleep days. They make my environment quiet.

Stayed here again it was nice! room was clean staff was very friendly and helpful! Rick the night staff helped me to set up reservation which saved me 17 dollars thank you Rick left 10 bucks for maid they did a great job on the room I will be back in a few months

Hotel has been updated very nicely since the last time I stayed there. Staff was very kind. The new general manager was wonderful she was so helpful. I had some issues with my reservation and she was so patient and nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Fresh coffee and the staff was great. They were really communcative and respectful during the stay. The pool was nice on the summer day and it was a great location to staying in town.

I loved it great place to just relax 😌

I am a new Yorker and never visited West Virginia, I was very nervous thinking I would not be welcomed with open arms
My family was welcomed with open arms, we drove 10 hours to get there. OMG, I saw mountains, well! you know a New Yorker does not belong in the mountains. NO GOOD!
Anyway, I like the place, it was big and clean. No bed bugs. NO complaints.
They accommodated us very well. The eating area was clean I was very surprised at this place and satisfied.
And I left my key in the room for rental van,I had. OH BOY! I was in big trouble with the rental company. Mary at the travelodge got my key to Delaware by Monday morning. We are going back in a few weeks to the same hotel. I am excited, my daughter is going to college.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing! I came in off day 2 of driving at about 11pm. Had driven 1480 miles since the morning before. I had a sick 4 year old and had been turned away from 2 hotels already. She got me in quickly in a nice room and was so nice and understanding 10/10!!!

A few weeks ago I was in Parkersburg & I stayed at Travelodge for 3 nights. I was greeted by 2 of the nicest women - Ms Alice & I apologize for not getting the name of the other young lady. Since this is a very popular place for contractors that are working in the area, all I asked was for a quieter room – They were very accommodating!

When I travel, I am only in the room long enough to sleep & shower so all I was looking for was a clean, safe place to stay & that is what I got!

If it wasn’t for the night shift manager Richard I would of been stranded with no where to stay, that man’s a good dude and he’s always great at helping customers with whatever issue they have. He needs a raise.

Quiet ..very clean motel..in the process of updating services...very friendly and accommodating staff...comfortable room...
Got a great night's sleep...would stay again..

I want to stay there for free and clean each room for my stay get the place in shape crew can keep it up from there! People were nice and courteous.

No breakfast bar but terrific diner just down the street that will give you a 10 percent discount if you show your key.

The lady with dark brown, long hair who works evenings was wonderful. Thanks to her our stay was pleasant.

The staff is great the rooms are big the water is mad hot and I luv that this is the place to stop at if u need a hotel room

I really enjoyed my stay, however i had the do not disturb sign on my door, and at 15 min till 11 the maid knocked on my door and told me it was time to leave i dont know about you but i found it to be very rude and i will not be staying there ever again due to this

Clean bedding and bathroom. Good fresh smelling towels. Staff including housekeeping very helpful n friendly. Very decent place for the cost
