Holiday Inn Express & Suites Parkersburg East, an IHG Hotel

We enjoyed our night at this hotel as we were stopping through. The breakfast was by far some of the best hotel breakfast we've had. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, as was the rest of the hotel that we seen during our stay. They offer dove body wash, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner in the rooms and it smells amazing. If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely choose this hotel to stay in.

Right on ramp to 77. Had the night on points. Beautiful room. Not much to look at out the window. Service was friendly and didn't have me initial everywhere and show ID like I was crossing the Mexican border. Maybe out of respect for IHG Gold member since retirement and Platinum before that for 20 years. Nice stay. Thank you

A real pleasure staying here. My wife and I enjoyed every minute here. Great staff, rooms were reasonably priced and very clean, and the breakfasts were the absolute best. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area look into this Holiday Inn Express. You won't regret it one bit! First class all the way!

I don't stay in hotels often, but this is the nicest one I've ever stayed in. Everything was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Stayed there one night. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was squeaky clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

My first time here. They were able to get me a room on short notice. I'm a travel nurse and work overnights so I was in need of of room for the day time. Us nurses are extremely grateful for the hotels that help us out ! My room is pretty spacious. Two queen beds. 50 inch TV. Good selection of TV and movie channels. My room and bedding are very clean. They have DOVE soap products-shampoo,conditioner, body wash and lotion. The pillow cases tell you if the pillow is soft or firm so you can use which ever you prefer. They offer a good variety of hot foods for breakfast such as cheese omelets, Canadian bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, along with cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels and more. This is also a huge plus. They have a pool and hot tub and a workout gym. A nice added plus was a ATM in the lobby and a store where you could buy drinks and snacks. Location was excellent. Right across the street from the exit. So far no complaints at all.

Shilah was working the front desk when we arrived, she was very friendly and got us taken care of quickly. She explained the pool rules and hours as requested and made our stay simple and sweet. Any time I ran back down to ask about something, Shilah was quick to help. Our room was clean and breakfast was perfect. The woman attending to breakfast was very sweet and even helped us get drinks for our children. I appreciate the hospitality and plan to stay again next time we visit the area.

The staff at this location were very sweet, skyler especially. She made sure that all of our needs were met. We had an issue with our room and she upgraded us to a sweet and was very attentive on the matter! Breakfast is amazing, pool is very nice and clean! I recommend completely! I am a traveling nurse. I stayed at this hotel weekly for about 10 months while in an assignment. Love the staff, love the rooms. It is always fresh and clean smelling. Visually appealing. Breakfast isn't of 5 star quality, but it is filling to a hungry, tired nurse's belly. I have yet to use the pool or hot tub. Can't rate based on that. But I absolutely 💯love this hotel! Overall I give them an A+ ❤💙💜

All the staff is wonderfully polite, the pool and hot tub were clean and nice, the breakfast was much nicer than a lot of hotels we've stayed at. There were better quality options and a good variety. Nice lobby area where I was able to do online homework. Beds were fine and the entire room was very clean, the bathroom is quite nice as well. Will most definitely go out of our way to stay here again if we are traveling this way.

Rooms were very large and very clean. Was impressed with their breakfast and the cleanliness of their breakfast area. They individually wrap the fruit, great coffee options and have egg white and veggie omletes along with healthier alternatives. The cook was extremely nice and said good morning to everyone and the front desk guy was super chill and friendly, gave us some good traveling tips. Will definitely stay there again if we come through the area.

Cant say enough about how modern and nice this hotel is. We travel a lot and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were casually talking with the breakfast attendant and told her our son had food poisoning and she was very compassionate and as soon as we got back to our room, she came and delivered 5 courtesy bottles of water to our room for him and the front desk agent was extremely nice and helpful! The breakfast area is very clean and food is good. The pool is very nice and the hot tub was HOT! Felt great, will stay here everytime we are in Parkersburg.

The sheets were super soft. The shower was nice and clean.

Staff was awesome! Utilized the meeting room for a birthday party. They made themselves available to help with a ladder for decorating and storing food for the party!! Couldn't have been a better experience. Stayed overnight as well rooms were clean and comfortable

Wonderful Holiday Inn! The rooms were very clean and the place was well cared for. Breakfast was good and I love all the seating this place had to eat in the morning. Your not slammed into one room with the entire hotel! Pool was large and great for the end of a long day. Location was a easy on and off the interstate. A +to the staff. I will definitely stay again. There is a lot we missed out on.

Check in was super easy. The room was bigger than I expected. Both room and bathroom were so clean. We used the pool and hottub and they were both clean. I didnt realize I had forgot my new samsung watch in the pool room and the front desk tracked down my room and called to let me know. I was so happy, anyone could have kept it but didn't. I was also surprised breakfast was fully open. This was the 1st we have stayed in that has had a continental breakfast that nice since the Rona. Check out was smooth. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this hotel. My husband even said a few times how nice it was!
