Mother Earth Foods

Very grateful we have access to natural foods, products, herbs, and supplements here in the MOV. Appalachia is known for its folk medicine and home remedies and I've sometimes found they work better for me than what the doctor ordered. I hope this store remains for many, many years to come. Dave's line Earthworks has proven to be very reliable and affordable, too, for anything I have needed. The food section has many gluten free items that otherwise would need to be ordered online since they are not available at big box stores. Also, my cats absolutely adore the catnip from Mother Earth and respond to it more than any other I've ever bought. I had my family send me some when I lived out of town and some outside cats found the package on the porch and seemed to know it was the good stuff too!

I have been shopping here for about 2 1/2 years now. My boss used to bring in sesame sticks and I thought that they are delicious. So, I definitely buy them in bulk. The wide range of products in this store is Amazing! The smell when you first walk through the door is so relaxing to me. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. They are, alot of the reason that I keep going back. This shop even has pet food. I bought a sprout starting jar and will be using it soon. I have spent so much money here and my boyfriend has never even said a word about it. I'm all about supporting our local businesses seeing how I work at one myself (Poynter's.) If you have not been here, I highly recommend that you take a half an hour out of your day and make a trip and check it out. If for nothing else, just to look around and learn about all kinds of different products. I bet you won't leave empty handed.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit to Mother Earth Foods. The store is much larger inside than it appears outside. It just kept going and going!

I found the staff more than helpful. I was able to get the items I was searching for as well as a few extra items. I went there after Burdock Root...yeah they had it!!

Good selection and friendly staff.

I live right outside of Charleston & I will travel over an hour to shop at this store. They have a wonderful selection of bulk herbs, teas, spices, flours, etc. They are very knowledgeable & I can find products that I can not find in my home town. It smells so good in there & is always very clean. It is worth the drive if you love health food stores.

I went there looking for tart cherry juice. I have never been in here before.

Very cool and unique place. They probably have every home remedy you can think of or want. Staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very helpful. I always check the clearance items because there is always cheap chips and little sweet snacks to try, among other items. Make sure to get an account with them and go to their sales!
Also it's cool they always have an item to try when you walk in the door, makes me buy more things.

Amazing selection always growing and prices are very reasonable - love their bring your bags program where you get to put a chip in a donation jar for not needing a bag

I definitely didn't expect there to be such a wide selection of organic/natural foods & products when I walked in for the first time. This is a go-to must if you don't have a Whole Foods near. It is a healthy eater & vegan/vegetarian dream store.

I absolutely love this shop in Parkersburg, WV. It is a health foods etc. store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It has an abundance and good variety of organic and healthy focused products from food, to supplements, to herbs and toiletries. I shop here often and am very happy with the quality.

This is my favorite health food store. I travel from Charleston, WV just to go there. The associates are super friendly & knowledgeable. They have a great selection bulk food selection. I think everyone should make a trip to visit this place. If you are into health foods, you won’t be sorry.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I try something new each time I go in. I go for their ear candles for my family every 3 months and the staff is always very informative when I have any questions about the products I've never used and am curious about! Very clean, a product for anything possible you may need!!

they have everything you need when comes to healthy eating body soaps teas and even healthy sweets. the employees are kind and helpful also.

This is a great place for natural and organic food. It has a great selection of herbs in their raw and natural form as well as herbal teas, sugarless sodas , frozen dinners with a low sodium and a holistic approach to health. There are vitamins, nutritional supplements and natural energy boosters to keep you going. If you can't find it at the grocery store you can fond it here. A great little store.

I love Mother Earth Foods. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The owner is an all around great guy! My only issue with them is it's only in my home state of West Virginia. Will you ship out of state Mr Hawkins?
