TownePlace Suites by Marriott Parkersburg

I stay at this hotel regularly each year for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and has a pool and exercise room if you want either of those activities. They also have a laundry room if you are staying for a while in the area. They have a decent breakfast with many options daily. The rooms are well equipped with kitchenettes and have been clean whenever I have stayed. Plenty of parking in the two available lots. There are several restaurants in walking distance and the downtown area is close and makes for evening walks. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area. Hmm after a few visits here, my family likes the pool, the gym isn't fancy but has dumbells with at least 1 flat bench and some options for cardio, the breakfast isn't bad, the staff has always been nice. I left my workout earbuds here and never got them back, but it's alright if another guest or one of the staff took it. Would stay again

Stopped here on our way back up north. Excellent hotel, large, clean room, with a couch and kitchen, pleasant staff, good breakfast, nice workout room. Water temperature in shower was insanely finicky, either flaming hot or very cool. Parking is either behind the hotel or across the street. Definitely worth the stay.

Stayed here for two nights. Had a comfortable bed, hot showers, and hot breakfasts. Everything was clean. Parking is convenient for downtown location. Pool was also nice.

We were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness and functionality of the rooms, which catered perfectly to both work and relaxation. One more thing, their breakfast was a cut above what is normally being served around the country. Great sausage!

Very well equipped rooms including stove top, large refrigerator and microwave, everything needed for cooking and eating, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and walk-in shower. Better than average free breakfast.

Stayed here a week with my husband and 1yr old for work and I have to say I was proper impressed. We have stayed in over 11 hotels with our little guy and this is the only one that he hasn’t had black feet and knees. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel staff (especially the housekeeper) were so nice and accommodating. The location is situated in central Parkersburg and near several attractions. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, but I can overlook that.

We stayed at the Townplace Suites in Parkersburg over July 4th weekend. From the friendly greeting upon arrival to the ultra clean room to the delicious breakfast to the easy parking and great location, I can't imagine how to improve on this property. We will definitely stay here again!

Ryan at the front desk was super helpful and kind even at the early hour of 1:00am. It's hospitality like this that keeps me coming back. You rock Ryan!

The best kept Marriott property at which I’ve stayed. Service is always superb; my special request feather pillows are consistently waiting for me in my room when I arrive.

A little over the top for me. The room was great, people nice, & very comfortable.

Breakfast was decent but I expected more for the price. Better then having an option of bagels or cold cereal but at least a buffet style breakfast would have been better.

It had a nice size refrigerator that was nice and enjoyed having real plates and a coffee cup in the room. For just one night the cooktop, kitchen sink, and dishwasher was a bit much.

We got there late and left early so I can't tell you if there is more. Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed for about 6 weeks for work training and can't say enough about how amazing my stay was. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was fantastic and cleaned it almost everyday and left notes on the bed wishing a good day (which were really nice and uplifting)

What a wonderful hotel! After driving all day with a toddler it was the perfect place to rest. We had requested the 2 room suite and it exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the pack n play had sheets and a coverlet. The kitchenette had everything you could need. Very clean and very quiet. There are so many amenities but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of them all.

First time staying here. I actually remember the lounge that use to be here in high school. Drinking age was 18. I also have drone footage of it being built. It’s nice. Reminds me of the hip micro hotels I’m Birmingham. The parking is a bit inconvenient if you don’t get a spot next to the hotel. But no deal breaker. It looks like the pictures. Everything is neat a clean. All the amenities of a small town house. It’s quiet but you can hear through the walls unless that’s the TV singing 🤔 Its seems fictional and spacious for being small. Large bathroom shower, water pressure could be a bit higher. Bed is very comfortable and crisp sheets. I don’t think I’ll be using the workout facilities but Definitely hit the 24/7 snack section at 2am. Traffic noise outside is almost zero here on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous. I’m gonna say it, but for Pete sake someone put in a smoking area. Like in airports. Believe it or not some people still smoke. I’m not criticizing this place but down the 20 yard long hallway, hit the elevator then out into the lobby and navigate it to the parking lot is just brutal, I suffer from severe lower back pain. Personal beef there. But you’ll not be disappointed plus $5 bucks a night for faster but yet still unsecured Wi-Fi. I recommend it

Very nice, clean, quiet stay for resting during our trip back to Florida

This place is amazing I stayed for only a week. We had a problem in our room. But the staff acted fast and apologized several times. It wasn't needed we know accidents happen. They switched us rooms and gave us extra points!! Definitely will be coming back in the future! All staff were helpful and happy! Also love that you can borrow things from the front desk I'll include a picture of the crock pot

Very nice hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a very nice stay. But You would need a car. This hotel is not close to anything.

Wonderful place to stay large rooms with convenient kitchenette. Perfect place if you need an extended stay. Very accommodating, with bikes and many things available to borrow. Fire pit area with grills for relaxing and gathering. Close to everything. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to coming back

Very clean, nice hotel. The pool is smaller, but still big enough for multiple families. Breakfast had lots of options and all were really good.
