Staff is beyond nice! Especially Trey S. Murphy gave me the tour and answered all my newbie questions. 10/10 experience. Lots of classes to choose from, basketball court, three pools, child care. Nice big clean locker rooms. Very happy so far!

I’ve been in therapy with these guys for 7wks now. It has changed my life. I have a complete spinal fusion so different spots ache at different times. Juan my therapist has been quick to listen and address my pain and successfully and relieve my pain. They are on time and a clean facility.

Clean and the pool during family swim is almost always empty.

My rating is a 10 out of 10! I workout here 4-5 x week. It's a very well-equipped gym. I weight train and utilize the cardio machines. Afterwards I visit the sauna and/or steam room. The facility is clean, well-maintained. The clientele and the employees are courteous and helpful.

This is a well equipped and maintained facility with all of the equipment you expect in a first-class gym. It has an indoor track, indoor basketball/volleyball courts, indoor pool, wet & dry sauna. A truly terrific gym.

Great gym, friendly staff.

This place is great! Very clean, the couple of hours I was there the staff were constantly cleaning the equipment (of course I wiped mine off). The price is a little higher than some. However, in my opinion it is worth it! Overall, very happy with my experience! Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic fitness center. Everything you need for your workout high. Clean locker room and showers. Equipment well maintained. Indoor pool is 25 yards with lane dividers, huge clock on the wall to watch your time and lifeguard on duty.

My brother and I try to work out 3 times a week here...have been going almost 5 months...clean and not too crowded and they play great 80's rock-n-roll while you work out!

My partner and I joined in January and LOVE it there! The staff is super friendly!! Restrooms are always clean and classes are top notch. Our favorite is Deanna, the Yoga Instructor!!

Best gym in town, dumbbells go up to 150 which is great! Also the Daniel that works there is awesome, always smiling, almost too much. Great gym, highly recommended!

I've been working out here for the last 3 weeks with a personal trainer(Nick Jones). I love it here. He's always pushing me to a new level! I already feel like a new person.

I have been working out at this gym for 8 years. The old and the much improved new gym. Great staff and equipment. A very good place to relieve stress.
