The service Stephen and Jessica gave my family and I was exceptional. They were very patient and informative. We have 2 special need boys and they, both, we're very patient with them both as well.

Jessica is always incredibly kind and helpful. I don’t often have a great experience at Verizon but every time I work with her, I do. I’ll always come back to this store!

My husband and I switched providers and got new phones, and Salina helped us with all of it. She even synced our vehicle Bluetooth to our new phones. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful. I felt like I was working with a friend.

Salina and Jessica G saved my sanity when I failed at problem solving around my new phone activation. Salina got my phone up and running when corporate customer service couldn't. Eooo grateful!

I went in to see if I could get help setting up my replacement phone. Both the manager and assistant manager went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of and get me on my way! I had a great conversation with all 3 of the employees while they worked on my phone and I am very please with my experience at this location.

I took my mother and father-in-law to Wireless Zone to change carriers and to get new iPhones. Salina helped us change providers, trade in their old phones, get new iPhones, and even hooked up the Bluetooth in their vehicle to the new phone! She was so knowledgeable and helpful that my in-laws feel comfortable to go back to her if they need help with their new phones. I wish we had made this change for them much sooner and highly recommend this store. Thank you again, Salina!

This location is SO helpful! They listen and are very friendly. I would highly recommend going here before you go anywhere else for your Verizon needs. I will not go anywhere else!!!

Jessica at the Decatur Verizon store was amazing! She went above and beyond to get everything I needed figured out. I had a very complex situation and she explained every step of the way to me. She also handled everything that I could not. Garrett also helped me. When Jessica had to assist someone else, he stepped in and explained everything to me. These are great people!

The whole staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jessica, Garrett & Stephan are the reasons we visit that particular Verizon store. They are the best!

I had called Verizon customer service hoping to be able to do everything over the phone. I ended up being on the phone for over 2 hours and passed around to 5 different people and I finally just said I’d go in the store.

Garrett was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and polite. He was working by himself and was patiently going between myself and other customers. He was very smooth and proficient.

They where very attentive to the customers walking in , while keeping track of the previous ones. The manager Jessica showed compassion and that genuinely cared for me as a person. While she was setting me up with a new account. Garret was happy to assist me in teaching me about the new device
