Wendy's

This Wendy's has always been consistent.
I see that the same manager has been there for as long as I remember, over ten years maybe longer.
Never have had any complaint, just that it is a long drive and in the wrong direction unless I have other business in that city. I'd take anyone there without worry or embarrassment. EXLNT choice!

I love their manage. He is so friendly and down to earth. I enjoy it when he is there because service is amazing every single time.

I am really enjoying breakfast and any time I eat here! Everyone I have come in contact with here has been really nice. So nice in fact that this has become a go to place for a quick bite!

Went in with the family. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the customer service was top notch. Shoutout to Kevin for putting up with my family’s complicated ordering habits.

Our orders came out correct, quickly and hot. Just how we like it! There are plenty of clean tables to choose a seat. Staff are very friendly and responsive.

Manager was very helpful to my finding something I could eat (diet restrictions.) Staff was friendly & helpful. Lunch was tasty!

Good Youngs folks seeing above Race ,Status and just something as simple as customer service unlike A Superior Automotive whom works on a engine fixed vital parts on your engine and I quote car was I'm a pastor did not have enough deceny to change the oil ,plugs or other liquids after 1400 dollars in charges

This is one of the only good fast food places in Decatur - other restaurants in the area like whataburger rush orders during peak hours and end up getting wrong orders and undercooked food. This Wendy's will take their time to get the order correct. Kudos do the management here for not rushing your employee's.

This Wendys is excellent!! Their food is consistently good and the place is kept extremely clean. We eat there often😃 The manager is always friendly and seems very hands on working with his crew to keep things running smoothly and keeping quality up.

Very nice food and service. Tough times made for tougher if not Inappropriate customer behavior, yet we have great people still offering to serve these people. Keep up the good work.

Amazing Franchise!
Food is always served hot and fresh. Staff has excellent customer service 98% of the time. Each order is individually bagged which makes eating easy! I love their ingredients and style of service.

Great service! Very quick in the drive though and very courteous. Food was hot and fresh and very yummy.

Wendy's spicy Asiago chicken sandwich is amazing. Their fries are definitely above average for fast food. We enjoyed the visit.

Clean, quick and consistently high quality food. That's worth going out of the way for but it's in my neighborhood. Healthy, low calorie options and a value menu has me pulling in here over other places.

The food was ok-ish but I didn't come for the food I came for the bathroom exhibit. My brother started knocking on the bathroom door and it flew open and so we played FBI open up. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Their Frosties were actually (Frozen) which is far and above better than the last 4 Wendy's restaurants I have visited on my trip across the US . There needs to be more Quality control.

I go here every other day and haven't had a bad experience so far and their garlic fries are amazing!

Was great. The drive thru worker was awesome. Made fresh fries and was very friendly and went above board on service. A lot of people could learn from her😊😊😊
