Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston East

I travel often, and I look for a motel that is clean and safe. This one did NOT disappoint. Bright room with clean towels, bathroom, and fresh white linens. Adding pictures for reference. Shower was hot with great water pressure, and no plumbing or pest issues. And, it was only 12 miles from the airport 😀

PS This hotel is a joint Super 8 and Days Inn. I stayed via Days Inn, I don't know if that affects which room and cleaning crew I received. 🤔

Very nice hotel to stay at truck broke down here had wait til morning get parts and decided to stay here very affordable and bed very comfy plenty of stuff around to ihop McDonald’s parts stores gas stations

The bed and pillows were the best I've ever had!! As soon as we walked in it was very clean and smelled so good!! Wonderful place to stay and extremely reasonable rates! The night shift lady with blonde hair and the man, Mike, in the morning we're both pleasant and professional!!

Okay I hate to tell it because it will ruin might Secret but this is the best hotel and the Charleston for the money hands down bar none and you will be pleasantly surprised booking here. The rooms are very inexpensive and very nice. And most of all they are clean and without dampness mildew mold smells or anything negative. They are currently working on a complete redo of the three buildings that comprise the hotel and it's so nice and quiet and along the river so my service animal loves it as much as I do. I stayed there probably 50 times in the last year and it is my go-to when I'm in town. And I very much like the staff.

Absolutely great for the price. Beds and room were clean, smelled great. The breakfast was beyond what was expected and the man in charge of the breakfast buffet was super friendly to my kid. He even helped him get some apple juice! They had cheese omelets, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and a waffle iron to make fresh waffles. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely search this one out!

From the moment we checked in we knew we booked a good hotel. We walked in to a super clean lobby with a nice breakfast area to the right and a comfy sitting area to the left. Destiny (I think was her name) checked us in and she was very helpful and so nice. She let us know of all the amenities, what time breakfast would be, and where our room was located. Upon walking in to our room we we're a bit surprised at how nice it was. The furniture was in great condition and the beds we're comfortable. We visited their pool and that was very nice as well. Very clean. Housekeeping was on top of their game! Always did a great job at replenishing any thing we may have needed more of. The location of this hotel is supreme compared to others in this area. We noticed the hotels across the street are right next to the freeway and didn't look near as nice. Breakfast was good. Better than most, to be honest. Mike and another lady was rushing around making sure guests had clean tables and breakfast items were readily available to them. Mike actually checked us out and he was so nice. If we ever have to visit Charleston WV again we are definitely booking with them! Couldn't find better hospitality than here!

This is a nice hotel. We were traveling with a small dog so there was a lot of extra paperwork that slowed the check in process. Parking was free but you have to check in early before the parking lot fills up. There was a free breakfast with fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, orange juice and coffee as well as cereals and hot chocolate.

We had a great stay at the Days Inn! The room was very clean, smelled fine, the bedding looked clean (I hope it actually was). We had a great view of the river behind the hotel out our window. We swam in the pool (it opens at ~9:30 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m. just FYI. They had breakfast, which included Waffles!, cereal, bread to be toasted (few varieties), scrambled egg circles & GoGurt (both in the mini fridge in the breakfast area), and OJ/Apple Juice/Coffee/Milk. The waffles were worth the wait in line. Our kids had plenty to eat and weren't complaining, so it was sufficient. We were hesitant to book because of other reviews, but decided to give it a try since they were so much less than the next cheapest available. We have no complaints about our stay and would recommend it to others looking for an affordable hotel. There is a McDonald's next door (if that is your thing), Little Caesar's Pizza less than 2 minutes down the road (our choice), and other restaurants nearby. Great hotel stay that you can't beat for the price.

From the day I checked in i was very pleased with the experience. The front desk employee, Monica was a welcoming face who immediately made you feel at home. Her personality was humble, sincere, and pleasant with a smile that just made you feel warm. The room was very pleasing, clean and comfortable. I felt secure in the building and my surroundings. The day of check out, to my surprise there was Monica there again to greet me with that same warm smile and a sincere concern if my stay had been acceptable. You do not find many people like this in this world and to have her with your company is a great asset. Upon departure I found myself wanting to give this fine person a hug to let her know she is so much appreciated in this world. I would definitely visit this establishment again and hope to see Monica to brighten my day. Please be so kind to recognize this dear lady for being who she is. It is much deserving.

We wrecked our car on the interstate and needed a place to stay overnight. The rooms were clean and nice but the people are what makes this hotel so good!! The staff was amazing and so sweet and thoughtful. The continental breakfast was good too. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was there for 2 days with my wife and the motel was very nice, renovated rooms with great customer service. This hotel made many changes inside the building and outside. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family. Location for this hotel very good right off the interstate.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Free breakfast of waffles, sausage,eggs,cereal,fruit. Had left my ID in my room and it was found and sent to me.

Can not believe this place. All around awesome experience. Arrived at midnight so extremely tired and checked in with keys in hand with no reservation in less than 2 minutes. Room was incredibly clean and alot of attention to detail. Staff is awesome as well. Very friendly and professional. I will be traveling to this area for a long time and will only stay here. The price was awesome as well. Thank you to the staff and management. A job very well done. ☺

Very nice Days Inn. Three buildings. I stayed in the third building which was very nice. Lots of restaurants (pizza, Italian, Chinese, etc.) deliver. 24 hour McDonalds on site. Pet friendly. Efficient check-in.

Came in with my husband and 2 sons for 4 nights. Clean rooms, and comfy beds at a good price. Moving to the area soon, I work hotel front desk and would be proud to work here!

Manager on duty was very friendly. My boyfriend got a discount on the room for being a CDL holder. Rooms were nice and clean. Spent the extra $10-15 to stay here because the hotels across the street are sketchy.

Out of the 3 Days Inns I have stayed at this one is the best. It is a more secure room. The breakfast was good.suffient towels and a clean room were enjoyed. There was more space in the room. I would give it 5 stars.

Stayed 2 nights. Really clean, affordable very friendly staff and the breakfast actually has good options. Right off the highway with easy access to many places. Would absolutely stay here again.

Prestine clean, aromaticly clean, very neat and tidy, also the feeling of peace is in the air I feel so refreshed after staying at this particular Days Inn...im very greatful to have picked this hotel I am homeless and go through so much living on the outside though I love nature and it actually brings me to life on a different level. There are times when my body cannot handle the elements and now is one of those times I cannot afford another night here atm though im greatful for the at home feel I recieve when I stay.. definately recommend for families.also accepts pets. Also since my bible was stolen I've gotten a chance to read the bible.
