Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Charleston South, WV

Had to stay there due to a family reason. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

The wonderful people at the desk were kind and helpful. We needed a dog friendly room at short notice and they went beyond to help us. I always recommend this place.

The staff here was very friendly. The pool was nice and warm. Room was clean. A nice place to stay on a road trip South.

Older hotel, but clean rooms. The service is outstanding. Super friendly and ever so helpful. Full breakfast which was great. Great outside area for your furbaby and, for those who give dog owners in hotels a bad name, a hotel person goes around and picks up after them..that I have never seen! Highly recommend this place and if we're ever in WV again we will stay here. 5 plus stars!

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks so I became very familiar with the property and staff. I can't express enough gratitude for their work while I was here. Housekeeping always checked to make sure I had everything. All of the staff was super friendly and helped me in anyway I asked. Nichole the GM was amazing. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay.

We stopped here at 2am to sleep for a few hours on a long trip to NY and WOW! The hospitality of the staff was above & beyond. They knew we were traveling with a baby & gave us to go containers & cups to fill up with milk juice and so much food from breakfast, it was very sweet & much appreciated 😊 the beds were comfy. The pool/hot tub were very clean and perfect temperature. We wish we had an extra few days just to stay here another night or 2! Keep it up you guys are great!

Overall a great experience. I wish the curtains actually closed . We had to stack up cushions from the sofa in the window sill to block the parking lot lights. Towels weren't long enough.

Clean, friendly place (excellent shower pressure). The hot breakfast is good with lots and lots of options! Julie is very helpful and does a good job! Great value for the price!

The nightshift guy was very friendly and welcoming. When I was leaving today, he was still working and still just as kind. Give that man a raise!

This was an excellent stay. The room was clean, the breakfast had good variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I had seen moldy bathrooms at other hotels recently. Breakfast spreads had been sparse or not even available at other locations.
The staff were happy to provide extra towels, and I was greeted warmly several times during my one-day stay.
I'd recommend this hotel over other, better-known chain hotels, due to more amenities, friendly staff, and even the lower price.
Pet-friendly was a big bonus, too.

We have just left one of the best places we have ever stayed! Jessica and John were there to help us when we arrived and were very friendly! Then after we got to our room which was perfectly
clean and put together great . Jessica called us just to check that everything was OK and if we needed anything! This morning the spread that was put out for breakfast was top notch! Thanks again for a GREAT stay!

The room was really clean along with very friendly staff. The breakfast was one of the pleasant surprises. There was plenty to choose from and the person working did an amazing job refilling everything and keeping the area clean.

I was a little concerned about staying at this hotel as I was driving into the parking lot and saw several homeless people sleeping nearby. However, the hotel experience was perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous, the breakfast was perfect with eggs, two types of sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, potatoes...you get the point. All the breakfast food was delicious and well stocked. I will definitely plan on staying here when on the area again.

Very clean friendly staff well organized breakfast area my only complaint was the entrance if you turn to soon your in another hotel parking lot and can’t get through to the other side be sure to turn at the gas station. We had the first floor room and it was fantastic for our pets to be able to walk right outside we’ll be back for sure

Great value, clean rooms. You can tell this was a mainline hotel that's a little dated, not a budget hotel. Awesome seeing the mountains through my big window.

Stayed for a week while our Dad was having bypass surgery. Have never seen such a friendly and helpful staff, most of whom asked us daily how he was. Great service, reasonable price, awesome complimentary breakfast. Can't say enough good things about Country Inn & Suites Charleston WV!!

My family loved it here. We were just passing through for the evening and thankfully they had a room for us. The front desk was pleasant, the rooms were quiet and huge honestly. The pool was warm and clean.

The only thing I would say is that it appears that the ceiling fan blades are frequently forgotten when cleaning.

The breakfast was great and everyone was super helpful when we had questions.

Upon arrival, the lady at the service desk was welcoming, polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We couldn't get the tv to turn on, called the front desk and the maintenance guy came up promptly to remedy the problem. The pool was nice and the hot tub was decent, however the jets could have had more pressure. Breakfast was great. There are so many choices and it was all very fresh and tasty. I will Definitely stay here again, when back in Charleston.

Hot, good southern breakfast. Generous, clean room with nice beds. Pool area is attractive and spotless. Wifi worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were not aware the hotel is pet-friendly and our room had ever the faint, slightest aroma but we got used to it quickly.

My friend and I had a last minute need to come to Charleston & found this hotel. This hotel was in the perfect area, restaurants stores gas stations and other stores near by. Let me tell you when I say the lady at the check out was more than exceptional and nice .... her alone made my mind up to stay here again. And then we met the maintenance man & every single time we walked past him he was sooooo polite and spoke with soo much mannerisms and was extremely helpful. Housekeeping ladies were nice and polite. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, the pillows felt like clouds. The room was quiet and we slept like babies, woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The hotel was full too and was still quiet. We never were able to take advantage of the pool but while passing it it was clean and looked refreshing and those who did get to take advantage looked to be enjoying it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Charleston and this is where I will stay every time. Thank you for an amazing and enjoyable relaxing stay. See y'all soon!
