The service department is amazing Stewart stayed late on a Saturday to help me find a part and get my tractor started again oh by the way did I say I'm a female an older woman and had to do it all myself Stewart was amazing thumbs up great place we bought our tractor there back in 2018 it's still running and doing great job

Mischea Read has always been very helpful and courteous. Even in a pinch, she would call around to find what we need for the farm and get it in a timely manner.
I’ve always liked Hendershot and it is staff like Mischea that keep me coming back time and time again for our mechanical and implement needs on our property.

I came to Hendershot's on a trusted friend's recommendation. Mischea is the person I worked with, who I found to be what you wish other salespeople would be like. Her suppliers were behind as you might expect at this late date during COVID, but her delivery estimate turned out to be spot-on. She took the time to walk me through use of the new mower too.

Bottom line is I'd buy from Hendershot's again, particularly if Mischea is still there.

I purchased a Hustler Raptor SD 42" mower back in November of 2016 and have been using it without issue until last weekend when I ran over an obstruction in my yard which disabled the blade from turning. I contacted Elise in the service department and she dispatched Travis to come take a look at my mower. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the issue (belt had jumped off the track) and made a repair. I could not be more impressed with the service received and wanted to take a moment to call both of these individuals out for going above and beyond my expectations.

Friendly service and good prices! They went out their way to make sure I had my equipment onsite when I needed it the next day!

A great big thanks to Mischea and Hunter (parts), and Tanner (sales) for excelling at their jobs! They have made my decision to buy my tractor from Hendershot/ Decatur- the right one!
