After shopping around at other branded tractor stores, I decided to check out the Decatur Kubota dealer… Trevor was great to work with, landed me in a lx2610suhd tractor which was exactly what I needed (I was looking originally at a subcompact and glad he steered me to the compact instead).

Making our 2nd big purchase of a utv this weekend.

Parts guys are great (fun to chat with).

Overall very happy with the dealership as a whole and salesman (Trevor) has been a pleasure to work with.

I don’t normally due reviews! But after the Service I received from Zimmer, I do feel that it’s important!! Let me start off with, I had a fuel issue, which was totally my fault!! But when I called, I talked to Heather who was so Awesome!! She was very Supportive and very Helpful!! So much so that I fixed my fuel issue immediately!!
Then she informed me that there was a recall on my tractor!! So they set up a appointment to come pick up my tractor at no cost to me!! Then I decided since they had my tractor there, if it was possible to get a Grapple installed with the 3rd function!! No problem she said!! And now I have a new toy!!
Thank You Zimmer!!! And to the entire staff!! And would like to say to Heather! Your Awesome!!!

The sales and service teams are well informed about their products, which made the purchase and first service of my first ZT smooth & enjoyable. The whole organization is welcoming to everyone in their building, so I’m glad I took my “engineer” 1st grade son who left feeling like a star from their hi 5s and extra positive affirmations.

Big Shout out to the folks over at the Decatur location (especially Greg Shinault). To let others know how happy I am with the L2501HST I purchased back in January 2020 along with service after the sale. Greg is always available to answer any questions and resolve any issues you may encounter. Whether you are a 1st time tractor buyer or not. Highly recommend you visit them before you make that final purchase decision.

When my SVL75 went down I went to my hometown dealership and was brushed off and told my machine would be down for weeks. As a small business owner I can’t have that happen. I called Shayne at ZK in Decatur and he told me to come on. Within days my machine was fixed & back to work. Shayne & Heather were amazing to work with and their communication about the process and costs were very much appreciated! They now have all my business and would recommend anyone to do business with them at ZK Decatur!

Bought our L series tractor with loader here. The folks are all friendly, and go out of their way to help, even when I go in to just ask questions. We have bought all our tillers, brush mower, and box blades here. Besides Kubota having great finance terms, cant beat this teams.

Greg Shinault and Alexis were phenomenal. They made sure I got the right tractor for what I needed. They made me feel as if I was there only customer giving me their undivided attention. Employees like these are the reason for me returning to Kubota.

Wonderful customer service team! Great experience working with Callan & Heather! An original air cleaner several years old & broken. It was very difficult to locate a new one like the original but no problem for these 2 professionals, they worked hard to locate the air cleaner & make sure the maintenance requested was done, so we could star having fun again on the Kubota!!! One thing I've learned about buying equipment - it's no better than your local dealer's service department. These guys have an honest sales team and a really good service department. It's a smart place to take your equipment and a great place to have your equipment serviced.

Great place to look at, talk about, or buy a tractor or equipment from. Staff is very nice and helpful. They sell Echo stuf, too. Parts department was busy today, but they had what I needed as usual.

Service is what brought me here. They took good care of me and my old tractor so when it was time for a new tractor they sold me one. Very easy to deal with and would highly recommend over any other dealer in the area. Thanks

After a rough first visit Greg mmade me feel good about being a customer of Kubota and Kimmerer in Decatur. i have a terrific mower and will be renting a track loader. Job well done.

I bought a 2014/15 model scag Freedom z new in 2016 from Zimmerer. I had some warranty work done on the hydro pump seals due to them drying out. I am very impressed with this dealer. I tried taking it to a closer scag dealer to get my service done, but recieved terrible service that took them 4 weeks. This Kubota dealer is about an hour away from me and is worth every minute to drive out to. They have great fast friendly service. I recommend them over any other Scag dealer.
