Savanna cut my 87 yr old moms hair and it was great. Mom said she felt 10 yrs younger. Lol. Savanna washed her hair and treated my mom like she was a queen. Mom had been ill for a couple of months and the experience definitely lifted her spirits. Thanks Savanna

I came in on Friday and Ashley took care of me and honestly, if I was able to give Great Clips 20 Star’s I would. The store was clean, they automatically grated everyone that walked in. Ashley the one that took amazing care of me oh my goodness honestly she was so sweet and beyond gentle. Before cutting my hair she wanted to make sure on the cut I wanted along with style, honestly I did not feel rushed at all. At some places you feel rushed but here I didn’t, she was amazing definitely went way beyond and that to me is what will make me want to go back to see her again. THANK YOU ASHLEY YOU ROCK

The lady did a fantastic gob on my hair. They are always friendly every time I go in there. I will be back for sure

Everyone was incredibly nice. I have extremely long hair and she never once tried to cut it too short. I came in with awful dead ends but she still double checked with me on how much needed to be cut. She made me feel like I had a choice every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend

Very pleased with Great Clips. Online check-in before i leave the house is easy and hassle free which minimizes my wait once i arrive at the salon. They pull up my hairstyle preferences so I get a consistent cut no matter what stylist I use. Everyone has been very professional, friendly, and efficient. Great price too.

The manager (Savanah) cut my hair and did a great job. My family has unique hair styles and they are always accommodating. We have had several stylists, and ALL have done fantastic jobs!

I had to edit my review and up their stars after today's visit. We decided to give it another shot today. Mainly because I was already in Decatur and we were hoping the place had changed since our terrible visit a year ago. Today was a great experience. The weekend crew was super nice, happy to be there, and did a great job on our hair. My little brother was the biggest skeptic on going back. He now says he has a new favorite stylist at Great Clips. We made sure to let them know we had a great time before we left.

I have been using this great clips since they opened and they are always nice and respectful answer you at the door and make sure your checked in. The stylists here are good at what they do but everybody's experience is different but mine has always been pleasant.

I see Donna and she is just awesome I have difficult hair and she always gives me the best haircut

This place will be my go to from now on! As soon as I got in the building, they were ready for me. The lady I had (oops, forgot her name) was super friendly, and did an amazing job on my bangs.. I usually don't leave reviews, but I just had to with this place. Thank y'all for being so professional!

This was my first time here, I asked if they take walk-ins & they said yes, but it might be 30mins waiting time & I was okay with it, not even 5mins had passed & my name was called that I was next, I forgot to get the hair stylist name, but she was a pretty, petite, quiet Lil Lady working at first station on the left hand side, she asked how I would like my her cut, so I told her I wanted like a flat top style but not too short at the top with the shortest fade on the sides & she got started, when she finished, I was surprised with the great job she did, I told her that she would be my new favorite hair stylist & I'd be back every Friday, I'm sure glad I found Great Clips Salon & my new favorite hair stylist, see you soon & Thank You for the Great Job with my haircut

Passing through town and I had a discount from a previous cut in Ft. Worth which was just OK. The manager Brittany serviced me start to finish. Checked me in, was patient and kind when things got a little busy. But number one she gave me an awesome cut. She took into account what I wanted and most of all she was not afraid to go for it. Malory is AMAZING!! My haircut is spot on!! I had the best time in her chair!! We talked and laughed!! Wasn't awkward like my usual haircuts, where there is pretty much no talking or just small talk!

The stylists here are wonderful. We wandered in looking for someone that could fix a bad haircut and they did. We only come to Great Clips now. Mackenzie has a very gentle hand if you have a sensitive scalp. Love love love Great Clips!

Savannah is awesome gives great hair cuts and mine is hard to do ...So does the manager I'm always for get her name She knows who she is ! there great ,great attitudes and clean work areas .and the do great kids hair cuts.

First time there, nice folks and good hair cut. Will go back.
