DFT Storage is conveniently located, clean, safe, and fairly priced. Communication was with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend.

I was able to rent my units at night when I actually had time to compare the options. It was all done from my recliner with no pressure. I ended up with a climate controlled unit and then saved some money storing the less fragile items in a standard unit. The process was easy. The place is clean and well lighted. I even saved a little money with their rates.

We rented our storage building about 3 months ago and we could not be happier with our service. I recently called in to change the card that was on file for payment and the owners were so pleasant to talk with. They obviously care about their customers. We highly recommend DFT Storage in the Wise County area for your storage needs.

When we moved into our storage the units were very clean & the climate control unit was very cool. We have only had one issue with our storage - like true professionals they jumped in, took care of the situation in a very timely manner - making sure everything was complete before they walked away.
Another thing that was very special to me was the fact my Mother has Alzheimers & at times life gets stressful. These people saw firsthand how music has impacted my life & given a great relief with stress. They made sure that my piano was placed in such a manner that I could get to it at anytime to play. I say these people believe in going "above & beyond". They are very fair & compassionate. You will not regret renting a storage building from them. The staff are amazing & the rent is a fair price.

They don't know how to answer there phone

The phone rep could not answer pertinent questions and wanted to know why they were important to us ,not professional. We could not view or inspect the site , also when we asked about break ins she could not answer and could not have owner contact us. We need storage . This place needs better representation
