The Home Depot

As I was walking through Home Depot, looking lost, a young gentleman stopped and asked me if I needed help. He directed me to the correct location in the store and was not quite able to figure out what I needed. He then offered to go get the resident expert in that area, and they both returned back. The resident experts name was Elijah, and Elijah was able to point out exactly what I needed. Both of these people offered their help without me even asking. It is a significantly better and different experience than I normally experience when I go to Lowe’s. I will definitely be back.

Even though home Depot is very busy the workers stopped what they were doing and made sure that I could get to my product in time and get back to my crew . I'm going through pro account check out Jack's is the man he get you out fast where you can get back to your cruise and that is why I shop home Depot.

Had an issue with a refrigerator. The wholesaler delivered one out that was damaged. Patsy in appliances did a fantastic job making it right. She went to work on our behalf and got us taken care of. She provided good ‘old fashioned’ service!! Thank you!

We frequent our local Home Depot quite often throughout the month! Always has everything we need. Only downside is they always seem to have problems with their registers malfunctioning! Other than that it’s there for all our project needs!

Best Customer service I have ever ever recvd in A Home Depot! I am now an expert on light bulbs and all the different categories and just amazing what I didn't know about bulbs. I forgot his name, but everyone knows he has the knowledge on the lighting!! Thank you again!

I had an order to pick up for 3 customers and another Home Depot store, I won’t mention, got it all mixed up and caused me to be delayed over 20 minutes. Luckily I thought to call this store in Sherman to make sure what is was told was correct and as I thought I had been told wrong. Makina at this store spent over 10 minutes of her time on the phone, mainly listening to me vent and also checked to see where the error was. Makina even called the other store to straighten things out. Thank you so much Makina, I would write you a letter of recommendation any day and I hope you get a raise, kudos isn’t even enough for how you went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much, if I am ever in Texas again I will only use this store for my needs.

We found everything we were looking for. We had great service in the paint department.

On July 31, my wife and I had a great deal of trouble in self checkout. Cheryl(Sheryl?) was most helpful in solving the problem. Very professional, polite and personable.

I still love Home Depot over Lowe's. I go here once a month for things I can't get at Lowe's in Durant

Clean store. Very helpful and friendly employees. Had what we were looking for on-hand.

Amy in lawn & garden was extremely helpful twice during my trip to HD. She loaded 2 boxes of tile in cart for a return & then loaded 10 bags of mulch ((on her break)) because it was going to take other store associates 20 minutes to get to me. The reason I knew she was on break is because she was walking back from Target with a pizza in hand. Very helpful employee & NOT LAZY at all!! Kathy Rodriguez

We shop here frequently for our home remodeling. Home Depot has friendly sales associates that are always happy to help!

I just had one of the best experience at Home Depot. Went in late to get some material for first thing in the morning. Liberty one of the night time managers was so helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. She truly cares how Home Depot customer are treated. I buy a lot of stuff from Home Depot and had struggles in the past. I know they have recently changed some of the upper management, and with existing mangers like Liberty things are starting look up. Thanks again Liberty for all your help.

We went to Home Depot this morning to get a tankless water heater & were amazed at the outstanding level of service. The gentleman who helped us has been with HD for 18 years, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, & made it a pleasure to shop there!

Big shout out to Ashley and the Sherman, TX Home Depot for doing right by my elderly parents! They bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator last year that had a control board issue after 6 months, Whirlpool did not resolve the problem and after 2 months of an inoperable refrigerator Ashley and Home Depot replaced my parents refrigerator with a new Whirlpool one, same model. Kudos to Ashley and Home Depot for interceding on their customers behalf!
