I placed an online order and the shoes didn’t fit. The 2 girls(sales associates) at the store in Sherman Texas went above and beyond helping me exchange for a different pair!! They both were very courteous and pleasant. I will definitely be back. Thank you! Paula Strait

I am not one to normally do this but after experiencing the absolute best customer service I believe I have seen in a very long time. It must not go unnoticed. I had a horrendous experience with the store manager a few weeks ago just being absolutely rude I vowed to never try this location again. My autistic son had a “shoe emergency “ therefore I gave them another try. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! Lacy was superb and my son has not stopped talking about her since we left the store yesterday. I am shouting from the rooftops, go see her. She definitely doesn’t lack the virtue of customer service. Even with having other customers, we still received and felt her full value for her customers. Thank you Skechers for making our day!

Haven't been in this store in so long, I got to say I wasn't disappointed. It was super clean and organized. Completely new store from before, the staff was helpful and knew there product. Never made a review before, this experience I had no choice but to send a shout-out.

Their shoes are great by any measure- lightweight, comfortable, durable, and very stylish. The back to school sales, along with the tax-free weekend here in Texas, made it impossible not to take make a shopping run!

I went in for the first time this morning. The store is much bigger than I thought. I was greeted immediately and found what I was looking for pretty quickly. Checkout was fast and I saved 20% on my purchase just by providing an email! Very friendly and helpful associates. I am super impressed with this store

We were shoe shopping for school shoes. We had no problem finding 2 pairs of shoes after testing several pairs.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and it was easy to find what I was looking for. They had a sale so I got 20% off also! Nice store.

Assisting customers with purchasing footwear is difficult enough - now their jobs are even more difficult due to COVID-19 - Sabrina, Bri and Ivonne provide excellent customer service and are doing a great job of maintaining a sense of humor while dealing with the added precautions necessary!!

They had great deals on some of there best shoes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
