Dr Vattam is a good doctor that shows me compassion and care. He helps me control my pain. He’s always smiling! He’s genuinely cares about his business and patients. I highly recommend him for controlling your pain.

Have always had a pleasant experience by a friendly staff and doctors. Sometimes you do have to wait a little bit especially depending on which location because some are busier than others.
However, what doctors office do you not have to do that at? Overall, any minor inconvenience is outweighed by their service.

I have been going to North Texas Spine and Pain for about 9 months and have had a great experience, so far. I have never waited more than 15 min. before getting called in to see the Dr. The , no more than 15 min. to see the Dr.
Dr. Vattam listened carefully to my back issues, then helped me set up a plan to relieve the pain. I had debilitating sciatica, but have been pain free of that since my 1st shot July 2021 (8 months).
The office staff is very personable and have always been willing to schedule my appointments around my work schedule.
The ONLY negative is that I have found it very difficult to get in touch with a person at their billing company. But, when I called the office about the issue they helped with my billing questions right away.

The staff has been VERY GOOD to me as my transfer of records was an excessive amount of work. They stayed in touch with me, returned my calls, personally Mary is my favorite. Dr Vattan addressed every issue above and beyond my primary cervical spine problem on my very first visit, he's easy to speak to and got things moving immediately. This office is clean, the staff and Dr are considerate. I think people don't realize they're dealing with patients in miserable pain all day long and some patients seem ungrateful and difficult to please. Showing appreciation for people in this field goes a long way, as with most things. I feel VERY FORTUNATE MY CARE IS IN THEIR HANDS, I MEAN IT! Thank you to my Dr and staff for taking me as a patient and addressing each issue quite efficiently, I for one am so very grateful for my team.

I have been going here for almost 2 years. I love the staff and the doctors, they really care about their patients! I walk in and Mary knows me on sight! I have gone to other pain management clinics and they didn't even seem to care! My doctor in West Texas was all about keeping me drugged! Dr. Nocerini asked me to try spine injections, in the past the injection didn't work, but the injection that he has done WORKS! A big thank you to all at the staff and doctors at North Texas Spine and Pain!

I've been going to Dr Vattam for almost 9 yrs, back when he was on Lamberth. I'd never trust anyone else with my chronic pain. PERIOD
I've had 2 neck and 2 back surgeries. Most of my spine is fused. I'm n pain daily but Dr Vattam's always trying new ways to help me. Either by injections, test or new stuff that comes out. Him and his staff always treated me and others with much respect. I NEVER want to lose Dr Vattam as my Dr. I trust him with my life!! He's honest and will let u know if he thinks something will work or not and if u need to try something different. He's very compassionate, takes the time to listen to his patients and thoroughly go through ur options. Wish all Dr's were like Dr Vattam 🙏

The office was big bright and clean. The front office people were very welcoming and sincere. The wait was not too long for my appointment. Dr Vattam's assistant was very cheerful and informative. Dr Vattam was very open and attentive to my responses to his questions, and my own comments. All of my questions were answered. I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Vattam has given me back a quality of life that I have not had in 5 years! His entire staff is genuinely caring. With 2 simple procedures my pain level went from a 9 to a 3. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain. He implanted a neural stimulator that controls pain levels in targeted areas. I can now manage my pain without pain medication.

Great experience in getting my steriod shot. Everyone so sweet and friendly. Helene is the best PA. She stayed with me through the entire process and let me squeeze her hand as I did this without anesthesia.
Helene kept me calm and I highly recommend her if you need someone excellent in the pain field.

Dr Vattam has been taking care of me for sometime now. He's a wonderful Doctor with a great bedside manner. He listens to you and takes care of you. Dr Vattam is a great doctor and person.

This doctor helped relieve my pain after a few short days of 30+ years of agony....he did prescribe medication to help with the suffering, but in addition to that he found the source of the infliction and used treatment to absolve the problem rather than covering it up with a lot of pills. I have now been seeing him for about a year and have far less distress than I've ever had... I recommend him to any person dealing with chronic pain.

Dr. Vattam and his staff are the absolute best!! I don’t know what I would do with out them. They are always so nice and professional. Dr. Vattam has given me my life back, I wouldn’t be where I am today if not for him.

My wait time was short. I had completed all the paperwork at home. I was greeted by the nurse. I liked Dr.Vattam. he was easy to talk to and he listened to me.

Dr. Vattam is the only dr that has offered my husband any alternative other than medication. He just had the superion back placement so he can be productive again. Not have to depend on medication . To live a normal life again with very little pain. He is amazing and anyone who suffers from back pain needs to see Dr . Vattum in Sherman texas. His staff is wonderful kind and caring. Just as he is. I just love him!!!

He has been my Pain mgmt Dr for 12 years. I trust him and his decisions for my back. Would and will not go anywhere else. Staff he has are extremely professional. You will not regret using him.
