My husband and I placed an order for a bunch of boxes and stuff to move and Beni was great! He was super friendly and helped us pack up everything in our car. He even waited for us to make a trip home and then back because we couldn't fit it all in one trip. It was basically closing time by then and he never tried to rush us out, he just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! Beni is an asset to this company and I will continue to come back here because of him if I need any more moving supplies!

Me and my wife rented a truck from then yesterday and the experience was good. Michael helped us out with all of our questions. We also were able to get a storage unit as well with no hassle. Very professional staff that will help you with any question you may have. I highly recommend this place!

Give this place 10 stars! Julie, the manager is top notch. She has been so accommodating to me. Polite and full of customer service. Even when she was working alone and the temperatures were in the mid to upper 90's. I am thoroughly impressed with Julie and this location. Far exceeding all of my expectations. This location is wonderful also because I have 24/7 access to my storage unit. There is also a clean and cool public (tenants only) restroom on site.

We had a good experience. Originally we booked our trailer online, but we couldn’t tell how wide the opening was and decided to go ahead and try it out. Spoiler alert: a 6-seater sxs does NOT fit through the ramp. So we were back to square one and brought the trailer back immediately. We lost our money (it’s a flat rate for four hour rental regardless of if it gets returned within the hour) but lesson learned.

The associate helping us was cool, helped hitch us up quickly enough. The computer kept giving him issues though, so it took quite a while to actually get the paperwork finished.

Excellent, very clean facility. The manager Julie was very helpful. Turned in a truck here and I used a climate controlled storage unit. It was well lit with lighting coming on automatically when I entered the building, carts to use and easy unloading and loading access. Julie Burel said that if I refer someone, she would give them one month free storage.

I made A HUGE mistaken previous review as my brain apparently locked up for a few minutes. I had some services confused with each other. There were no 300.00 charges as I had asserted. I received my receipt in a timely accurate manner again my sincerest apologies to this facility and their employees they did a fine job.No complaints

Been with Justin Uhaul since January 2017, two years into having a climate controlled storage we got a second unit there. With a huge family, we have rented trailers and their trucks more than a handful of times it seems at this specific location, with plans to rent another truck come end of this month. We have bought packing boxes a few times as well, which are affordable and sturdy! The staff is always helpful, and kind! I wouldn’t want our business going anywhere else.

Great customer service! After lots of stress trying to find a uhaul they made it feel worth it. Both the guys working that day made me feel great about renting from them.
