Hands down, Perry Homes and their staff is the BEST to ever do it! Our Sales Consultant, Lisa, is professionalism at its best. She listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, followed through on inquiries, and communicated status and progress updates. She genuinely cares about her clients and shows it through every interaction. Tom & Alex are the best construction managers and really set the bar high during this experience. They kept us abreast of progress and next steps and gave clear and simplified explanations to our questions. When there were delays or issues with our design selections, they not only informed us of additional options but thoroughly researched root cause for any discrepancies. We can truly say this has been a phenomenal experience which was only made possible by the high quality staff who execute on the high quality standards of Perry Homes in their daily interactions. If i had the option to give 10 stars for Lisa Goetz, I would. We had a very unique situation facing right of way proceedings with TX Dot. Lisa took the time to listen to us and showed us all available options she had that fit the bill we had. The quality of the homes we saw were impressive and the pricing was reasonable at the time. I will be recommending Perry homes to friends and associates (specifically Lisa) any chance i get. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

As we narrowed down our options for home buying it came down to a few things. Value was important, transparency with the builder was just as important. From the beginning to the end Mrs. Lisa was honest and open with us and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. It continued right on through the building process with Mr. Thomas. They did a great job with the timeline and developments and made the process as easy on us as it could be with something with as many moving pieces as a home purchase. If I had more stars I would give them.
