I have to give a huge shout out to Walgreens at Paloma Creek who helped me so much yesterday. So medication that I had been getting very easily has been a little bit harder to get lately because it has to be sent out and ordered. These pills have to be started at a certain time to be effective. Well they have been getting to me late because of the ordering situation. So what I found happening is that I was not going to get these pills until 5 days after I need to start them and that is not good when they are birth control pills! I talked to the people there at Walgreens they were very nice and helpful and then a pharmacist talked to me. It was due to my insurance of course, what causes us all our problems? The insurance. And she told me to call her the next day she was going to try to help me and I don't know what she did but I had my pills the next day. I don't know her name and I didn't get to talk to her, but I just want to say a huge thank you to Walgreens at Paloma Creek and that pharmacist who was able to help me out with a huge need! I truly appreciate what they all did to help me.

I think this is a great pharmacy. They are friendly and fast … I hate that they get such negative comments.

I was lost and my phone had died. The staff at this locations were so incredibly kind and helpful. They got me everything I needed in my panicked state. Offered me an area to charge my phone and found the correct cable I needed. They even dug up a cube for me to use. I am so, so thankful to these kind people! Thank you Morgan and Zubair!!! There was one more girl but her name escapes me. I think it was Lizzie? Anyway. Thank you so much for your kindness!!

Fred is a rockstar. Not only has my faith been encouraged in retail customer service but it’s an eye opener walking into this place.

Everyone is on point helping customers and had some emergency plans come up, fred knocked it out of the park for me.

His customer service is A 10 outta 10!

It's a Walgreens, I don't expect much but this is the cleanest Walgreens I've ever been in.

I go in and prescription is ready. The staff is kind, quick, fast and friendly. I have been using this location for 7 years and won’t change

Very very good store. The "Old Man" John at the front counter is extremely nice, courteous and friendly in the mornings. I am not sure what happened to him but I have not seen him for a couple of weeks.

I was in a car accident and had to get a prescription and this team really hustled to get me in and out as soon as possible seeing as how I was visibly disheveled from being just released from the ER. I moved to this Pharmacy about 3 months ago and have had positive experiences every time I visit!

Fred the store manager of this location was SUPER helpful, patient and understanding!!! Great job Fred and appreciate you for the outstanding customer support

I like this Walgreens. The pharmacy is fast when the person in line is okay.

This is our go-to place for a lot of things, as it's right by Paloma Creek. The people here are consistently very nice and we can usually find whatever we need.
