John was just a pleasure to work with. We were originally looking at a different location but weren’t able to get the answers we were looking for. John made this process the most simple and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! He was knowledgeable and showed us everything without making us feel pressured into renting a unit.

I am so impressed with this Public Storage location. John was so helpful as we were getting things set up from out of state. Ashlyn was so accommodating once we arrived. The facility is clean, well lit, and so easy to navigate even with a big U-Haul and trailer. It has been a wonderful experience renting here!!!

This facility more than exceeded our current expectations for Public Storage. We were very impressed with John. He is very helpful, knowledgeable of the business and knows his store and inventory. This place is extremely clean, unlike other storage facilities we have used. We would highly recommend.

I live near My Garage in Flower Mound and didn’t even realize it was there until last week. I already have a drive-up unit in Roanoke but this is a little closer and much nicer and I got a much better deal for a 10x10 indoor unit. I have my own insurance so my rent is only going to be $75 for the first six months since I chose the third floor. I can say the price was right for me, the building is new and the guy that signed me up was very nice.

Standard type climate controlled facility. Three floors, keypad to entry door and another for elevator, rolling carts to help move, easy to get in and out, very clean, and the employees were personable and helpful. Only two businesses like this in the zip code where I was expanding and both look great and the regular prices are the same but with the specials, the price here was a little better. I’m in a 10x20 which is only on the first floor so I got half off for 3 months and a free barrel lock.

Dealing with Ashlyn was a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable about all of my questions. I will definitely use her storage units for my storage needs.

Booked online and was able to move-in next day. Place appeared very new and clean. Simple process of renting and paying. If you need an inexpensive place with A/C and a trustworthy staff, this is the place to go. They also threw in a free lock when I forgot mine.

ash was absolutely AMAZING! i lost my dad last week and needed answers about his storage unit as it has some of my stuff in it and some of his stuff that’s sentimental to our family. she was able to answer all of my questions and really sympathized with our situation.

This facility is a hidden gem. I am so glad I found this facility, we moved in on a 100 degree day and thank god it is climate controlled. The staff is great to work with. Very reasonably priced vs other facilities. Building is very secure.

Great service and convenience! Highly recommend this storage facility. Climate controlled and very clean. Easy access from many local subdivisions. Most importantly they are very secure. On site dumpster for your storage related refuse.

Even though it’s a farther drive than our previous storage unit, switching to this facility was a great decision, it is very well kept and the staff is always polite and attentive.
