Altar'd State Stonebriar

Ordered skates online and I LOVE them!! Had to go in to pick them up. This store is earthy, modern, chic. Staff was cool and allowed me to sway colors due to my indecisiveness and need for smaller size. Skating all up and through my house on these tile floors!

honestly, i went shopping on a saturday (11/25). it was my first time going there, and i have to say, all the employees there are so friendly! i feel awful for not retaining her name, but this one employee who was in the fitting rooms was super sweet and even checked up to make sure i was doing alright. and when i went to pay in the registers for this cute dress, the cashier (diana) was extremely sweet. my card unfortunately declined so i had to pay in cash, and when her register didn’t seem to have enough change — she was super intent on giving me the right amount of change when it was just a few cents. i considered on telling her not to go through all that trouble, but she was so intent on it and it really was sweet to see that. clothes are definitely cute — but it’s the employees and excellent customer service there that def make me excited to come back.

I buy my GF shoes and boots from here. Great contemporary designs. Excellent quality. Fair prices.

They have a lot of stylish clothing. There is a small section of baby clothes and items that are very nice. They have excellent jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces) and accessories. The place is very large and the try on spaces are acceptable. There is a small clearance section. It is downstairs in the mall and pretty easy to locate.

I have been a long-time customer at Altar'd State and the clothing items, while slightly pricey, have maintained their quality over time. The interior decor and entrance displays are gorgeous and are always thoughtfully done for each season. The reason why I deduct a star is because on a few occasions, I have seen employees put off with customers and, on one occasion, flat-out irritated when I politely ask for a changing room. Hopefully, this improves because I love the mission of Altar'd State and still like shopping there.

Edit: I have recently returned, and two employees in particular were absolutely fantastic. I am sad that I forgot their names, but the quality of service is seemingly great again!

If I could give this store 100 stars I would. I am plus size and hate shopping for myself, my daughter wanted to come in here while at the mall. First off they don't have a plus "section" like we are all women. Anyway I tried on some jeans and the super kind sales associate started a fitting room for me while I was still shopping. She even put some tops in the room she thought I would like. They were not something I would normally pick out but they were so cute on me. I was blown away at how attentive and kind the employees were. Plus I seriously feel fabulous in my new jeans! I hope this place stays open for a long time. They have a customer for life!

I had never been into an Altar'd state store before this past weekend. We were in the Frisco area for an appointment and decided to browse Stonebriar while we were in the area. We came across the beautiful storefront for Altar'd State and I just had to go in. I was pleasantly shocked that they had plus sizes right there in the front along with everything else! Seems like a lot of times if a store has a plus section, it gets moved to the back. They were having an awesome deal on their clearance items, and I ended up purchasing a gorgeous plum-colored sweater dress. I wore the dress the next day at church and definitely got compliments. I will definitely keep this store on my radar! Also, the store associates were very friendly and welcoming to everyone in the store. I am so sorry for those that had less stellar experiences at this store, but either the employees have been retrained or they were let go. Great job everyone!

I had a great shopping ecperance at the Stone Brier Mall location! Thank goodness for comfortable well fitting outfits! This is my favorite botique store. This one in particular is the nicest one I have visited. I love the feel of the store. Best place to look for casual dresses. The only downside is that their prices are extremely high. I only buy clothes here during the semi-annual sale. Even their normal clearance items run around $40-$50.

This might be less of a review of the actual products and more of a review of the people working at this store. About a year ago, my younger sister was goaded into shoplifting from this place by her friend, and was quickly caught and given the option between calling the police and calling our parents. It was the moment that my sister’s life was set on the right path and I just want to thank the people working there for being so gracious about the whole situation!

They carry a wide range of sizes, too, which is refreshing in this sort of retail. Also, the interior has no right being as gorgeous as it is??? Worth a visit!

Never even knew this place existed until I ran across it today. ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE with pretty much everything about this store. Probably the only place I'm ever going to spend my money on from now. Can't wait to return for more. I do wish the sale section was more organized and their sale events such as 2 shorts for 60 bucks would be easier to notice, but it didn't trouble me much because the ladies who worked there were very kind to let me know and help me find things I needed.

I went in looking for a belt that contained no animal products. The woman that helped me asked a few relevant questions and I finally just answered that I am vegan and just wanted a belt that followed that. I typically dont like bringing it up because of the stigma but she was over the top kind and helpful. I've shopped here before for home decor as well as clothing and today was reminded why I continue shopping here.

Like Anthropologie but a lot cheaper. I understand it is Christian based and the donate money to some charities. Anyway they had a great sale. I bought some things and ended up having to return for a larger size (they seemed to run small) and needed to go to another location. They were so helpful. Found the right size and picked up some other things as well.

Lexi was such a great help. Their clothes is so amazing and they had a great sale going on which helped me save a lot. I'm definitely coming back soon.

I love the fact this is an organization that supports my personal beliefs, and secondly I love the way you make my wife look when she wears your clothes! It's conservative, but sexy. The service was great as well. Highly Recommended
