AT&T Store

We were so very pleased on the service we had on this past Sunday afternoon. We are at&t customers and had gotten new phones but not had time to do the set up . We needed a new card because of the new device update and the store manager, Dustin , was the one working . He has a super great personality and it only took a few minutes to begin our transfer , set up , etc . While we waited there were 5 other customers that came in and all were treated with such respect and caring . He handled the multitasking with each customer so well . We will return there again when we need help .

The store manager Dustin was absolutely amazing. He helped us with everything we needed and more! Best service we have had in a long time. Will definitely be back :)

Brylee was at the store all by her self and was able to help every customer that came in a timely manner with the most positive attitude and she definitely needs a promotion and a raise!

Joe was very helpful with advice on how to get to keep my number while transferring my phone to another account from my ex-husband’s account. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful!

Could not have ask for a better visit and a more polite service representative than Dustin W. He definitely puts a good name on AT&T.

Had the best experience today with Joe! We walked in 15 mins before closing and was more than happy to help! Added a whole line and got a brand new phone in the matter of minutes! Very thankful for great customer service!!

Met a young lady named Jessica working here at the Lexington, TN store who helped my daughter, who'd recently decided she was grown up enough to move out and pay her own bills, get hooked up on her own cell phone plan! She was so helpful and friendly with the sweetest smile! She helped put my daughter to ease who was nervous about adulting now! Thank you Jessica and the rest of the friendly staff working 01/11/2022!! Y'all were so helpful, funny, and kind!! Great experience visiting there with my big girl!! 😀
