Cook's Boathouse Restaurant

We ordered take out to tonight. This was our first experience with Cook's boathouse! We all just ordered a burger and we were all amazed at how delicious the burgers were!!! The price was no more expensive than going through for fast food. However the burgers were huge and juicy. I will definately be going back to try other stuff!!!

We found this place on our Sunday drive. Great views and amazing service. Now as for the food dang was it great my club sandwich was the best I have had in many years. If you want a meal that warms you up or if you want that family environment then stop by this place

Restaurant was clean & the view of the lake was gorgeous! Our server was excellent: friendly, quick & willing to make recommendations on the menu options. Fried green tomatoes were crunchy outside & hot & delicious inside. The party melt was very tasty, but the bread had collapsed down quite a bit. The fried okra was really good also - crispy & perfectly brown. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

A little slow on seating but in these times it's hard to take stars away for that due to staffing issues. Food is good, on par with other sit down restaurants in the area and if your lucky enough (we were not) to get seated outside then you have a great view of the lake.. very limited on those seating options though unfortunately. 4.5 is the more accurate rating

One of the owners personally found us a place to sit even though they were extremely busy. He was soo polite and talk to us like he knew us all his life. He definitely makes this place HAPPEN and told us about how good the steaks are and how they use to have a excellent breakfast but they can't get enough help to do it anymore. They can really get the food out fast and mine stayed hot the entire time that I ate it all you can eat catfish dinner. Thanks again for such great food and hospitality!!!! Don't hesitate to dine here it is WELL WORTH IT!!!!!

Stopped in for the first time today and was surprised by how big the menu is. Everything we got was excellent. Very friendly. Clean and family friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Live 2 counties away. But Visited 1st in 10- 2019. Greeted nicely & decided to eat outside on deck. Friendly staff! Excellent food & prices. Lovely views. Also, a clean restaurant & restroom. Ordered grilled chicken asparagus roll side salad. Hope to return again. UPDATE 02-2023 stopped in on a FRIDAY bout 6:30pm. First time eating inside. One of the food specials is ALL YOU CAN EAT FISH DINNER. But, I
ordered smothered grilled chicken with asparagus, & side salad, Sweet tea with free refills. Great service. Great food. NO Complaints. ONLY Compliments. Thanks again!

Parked our boat at the dock and walked up hill. We sat inside and was cozy and packed on Sunday. My husband ordered a catfish sandwich and garden Swiss chicken (both was delicious). I got a garden salad and 6oz sirloin with green beans. I ordered the steak medium and seemed to be medium well. Overall my husband was pleasantly surprised and wanted to give it a 5-Star. I would have gave it a 3 based on my meal but I tried his and it was scrumptious.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great view of the lake and has outdoor seating that I will be trying in the warmer months. Best burger 😋 Ive had in years and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Family friendly but does serve alcohol.

We enjoyed the ambiance & food at Cook's. The view of the maruna was soothing & made for a peaceful experience. The highlight? Was the size of the fish in the water off the deckside tables. They were enormous! The reason? Most patrons share their meals with them. Definitely a site to see.

Beautiful place. Good food. We sat outside and enjoy the view and ducks playing.

We love locally owned Restaurants.
Especially when the owner is visibly working and giving such wonderful hospitality to each customer.
Our waitress, Mandy, did a good job and was very enjoyable to chat with.
The service was prompt and the food arrived very quickly. The portions were just enough. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived and it was very tasty.
The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions are good.
Though I don't live in the area if I did we would be eating here on a very regular basis.
We look forward to being in the area again so we can eat here.
Oh BTW the view is very amazing definitely worth dining here.
Where else can you eat at a waterfront restaurant for these prices?

Even in the winter it's a gorgeous view. I eat here at least once or twice a week. Friendly staff and good food. Cheeseburger and club sandwiches are delicious. Spring, summer and fall the weekends are super busy so be prepared for a wait.

We enjoyed everything about this place! Food was delicious and we couldn't ask for better service!! We will definitely be going back!

My sister and I had a lovely brunch. The view was amazing. The food was fabulous. The waitress was fantastic. Couldn’t have been better.

Awesome place.. Friendly staff.. The Catfish was awesome and the coleslaw every thing was.. And the picture I took was after I started eating.. I could not help myself.. Will definitely go back again.

Nice lake atmosphere. Comfortable,affordable and good food.
I really feel like Im on vacation when I eat on the deck and watch the boats go by.
