Friendly owners and great prices. They are usually full. I read the one comment and assume they are waiting for someone to get their things before they clear it out. I tented from them for quite a while and the saw them have to do this because of non payment. It has to go through the courts like an eviction. But if you are lucky to get in, they are wonderful. I never felt uncomfortable when other renters were there. Never anything shady.

Personable staff. Wish they had climate controlled. Don't go by the Open sign, sometimes it gets left on but nobody there. Reasonable rates.
