Super 8 by Wyndham Athens

Nice clean room. TV controller wouldn't control television properly. Otherwise very nice. Breakfast coffee was a bit "rugged"

We are currently staying here and this is our 3rd week. They ask if our rooms need new linens daily, they always meet our needs, we eat a small breakfast with coffee and juice every morning. They offer to clean for us but if not, they give us any cleaning supplies we need if we choose to do it ourselves. They are ALWAYS friendly to my children and even let them act like they are helping when they are cleaning. The trash is always emptied so we can take our room trash out to the big can. They have big trash cans accessible. They have a very nice pavilion for grilling with picnic tables on one side and a nice little grass patch that my kids love to play on with their balls on our side with a picnic table as well. It is a very peaceful area and everything (Walmart, gas stations, sports stores,etc) is less than 2 miles. The recreational park is less than half a mile from the motel which offers a soccer field, baseball field, fishing area, duck pond, volleyball net, and much much more. I recommend this motel and will stay here as long as this job allows us to be here!

Very clean rooms and very nice front desk staff. The area also seems very safe and quiet. I will definitely be staying there again as I travel to the area quite often for work.

We stay here almost every year for youth camp. The staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. Pool is a plus with the younger kids.

We were traveling so we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we drove up I was a little worried because you could see lots of remodeling happening and you had to check in a the Days Inn not the super 8. I had read the most recent reviews so we decided to check in even though it looked a little rough. I was absolutely surprised at how nice the room was and how comfortable the bed was for less than $80. If traveling this way again, I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This Super 8 is newly remodeled and is super nice for the price. It is conveniently located near I75 and is in a great area to find a bite to eat.

The rooms have new carpet, drapery and bedding. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable (in my opinion).

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She provided me with extra coffee packets and asked if we needed anything else for our stay.

The only downside to staying here is the fact you have to check in at the Days Inn next door. (This is only during their remodel phase).

Their breakfast area is closed because of Covid, but that us just about every hotel during the pandemic.

If you need a decent room for a reasonable price, this is a good choice for the area.

Renovated. Nice place to stay. SUPER CLEAN. Bed sheets and blankets felt almost new. Carpet was spotless. Far enough off the freeway so you don’t hear any highway noise. Also the Lady at the front desk was very welcoming.Definitely worth the stay.

Wonderful place. Clean , Beds are really comfy. Lady at front desk ,Adorable. Really extra Friendly. Love her to death. Still here till Sunday. Will come back. You are very welcome. We stayed before and that's why we stayed again. I will be telling my family to use this Motel when they come.

Bob and his wife have been amazing with everything while I have been here getting my truck fixed and I truly appreciate them both.
Every morning making sure I have what I need for my room and just super nice couple.

Great Hotel. The beds were super comfy, the sheets for smelled awesome along with the comforter. The continental breakfast was awesome. House of the staff was amazing they make sure all my needs were met. I come to Athens Tennessee couple times a year and I will definitely be staying there.

Room was clean and well made. Check in was quick and easy. Morning employees were rushing us to leave at the immediate check out time in a bit of a rude way.

We stayed here for the 2017 total solar eclipse and passing through again in February 2020, we stopped overnight. Still well maintained, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. The area has many various restaurants so there's plenty to chose from for dinner or lunch.

Folks if you need a quiet night, with a good rest this is the place to be. Super comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, great rates, what more could you ask for.

You half to sign in at the Days Inn it's in the front Super 8 is in behind it. Great service great pool and great rooms.

Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean, quiet, Felt safe. I liked that they had tea bags as well as coffee in room.
