Mrs .Price (Donna) was extremely helpful in remodeling the windows in a mobile home I am doing. She is so nice and her fur baby is sweet to. Thank you Donna !!!!!!

Mr Price came to Durham and replace the Insulation u see my home after my house flooded . He was on time did the job excellent ! Highly recommend him !!

Shopped here a couple of times now. I do remodeling but rarely need anything Mobile home related. But they do help out in that scope of work and are glad to answer questions. Seems to be pricey but then maybe that is the price of those specialized parts. Not sure.

THEY SWITCHED THE PRICES AND GAVE US A BILL THAT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ESTIMATE AND THE CREDITS THEY SAID WE WOULD GET FOR THEM NOT USING THE RIGHT INSULATION AND NOT USING 19 BAGS OF INSULATION . ALSO THEY DID ½THE AMOUNT OF WORK BUT ADDED 1 GRAND TO THE LABOR from $1,600 to $2,600 & a total of 9 hours worked in 2 days. THEY RIPPED US OFF OVER 2 GRAND! BAD BUSINESS , I GUESS THEY NEED TO STEAL FROM OLD PEOPLE TO MAKE THEIR COMPANY STAY AFLOAT... My husband called to have insulation stuffed under our double wide trailor. The man came and went under our trailer and my husband explained to the man how my husband had stuffed half of the trailer. He just couldnt.finish it . So the man gave my husband an estimate of$5,743.15, it consisted of :
BOTTOM BOARD=$350.00
INSULATION R-30, ,33 bags @$100 each= $3,300.00 MY husband said there's no way he.would use 33.bags. so the man agreed on giving us credit for any bags not.used so my husband agreed
ADHESIVE @ $120.00
& LABOR @ $1,6000
Plus tax @ $363.15

Well they came the 1st day and I saw.they had R-19 Insulation and NOT R-30 SO I took a picture and sent it to me husband and he.called the man. Later that afternoon the man called and said he would give.us a credit of $1,383.00 for the R-19 . OK the next day they came back to finish the job and 1 of the workers shot a nail threw my water pipe a o I had to call hubby to find out where the shut off valve was and told the worker. He had to fix the hole and that took time but they r still on my clock. After they were all done the worker gave me the bill. I HAD NOT SEEN THE ESTIMATE MY HUSBAND HAD YET. SO I paid the bill. It was $4,654.30!!! I called my husband and he flipped out because the Estimate was $5,743.15 minus the R-19 credit of $1,383.00 and minus the credit of the 19 bags they didn't use $1,900.00. The bill according to the estimate should have been $2,460.15! MY husband got home and looked at the bill I paid and EVERYTHING WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ESTIMATE. they had
BOTTOM BOARD @ $360.00
R-30 -14 BAGS @100.00 SO THAT CAME TO $1,400.00
There was NO ADHESIVE ON THE BIL AND they UPed The LABOR TO $2600.00
& tax $294.30. My husband had called them to complain how the changed the whole thing and that's NOT WHAT THEY agreed upon. They kept blowing him off. They STRAIGHT UP RIPPED US OFF. AND PUT A HOLE IN OUR WATER PIPE. There were only 2 men that came to my home , they worked 10am- 3pm DAY 1, AND 9am-1pm on Day 2. So my husband asked how did the.labor go up a grand when it was priced for stuffing 33 bags and they ONLY stuffed 14 THE LABOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN CUT IN HALF!! I PRAY THAT GOD TAKES CARE OF THAT COMPANY Because robbing us like that is just wrong!!
