Gingerbread House Florist

I recently used this florist to send a birthday bouquet to a friend- and they did not disappoint. I called and told them make something bright and beautiful for my friend’s birthday. It was perfect. It was delivered on time and he absolutely loved them. I will definitely be using them again for other occasions! So glad I have found them.

Gingerbread House Florist is an amazing place, with beautiful flower's! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all your needs. They specialize in flowers and event planning/decorating! True hard workers with a passion that shows. I would recommend them to anyone! Go check them out!

We always use them for flowers for my daughters’ dances and they always do a great job. For senior prom they were able to take an inspiration picture and turn it into beautiful coordinating bouquet/boutonnière!

I can not express how much I love and adore Gingerbread House Florist! They made all my last minute, budget bride dreams come true. I wanted an all white simple and small bridal bouquet, and OMG she delivered! It was P-E-R-F-E-C-T! She took the time to listen to all of my request, and made sure have my flowers ready for plenty of time and no stress on my big day. I loved my anniversary arrangement, they were so beautiful could not ask for anything better from the flower shop, my husband said that he had a good treatment when making the order.

Laura is AMAZING!! I live 3 hours away and I wanted to surprise my sister and my niece on her 1st Birthday. I had searched online but no one could deliver my order that day. I found the Gingerbread House Florist, checked out the reviews and the location. I ordered flowers and then sent an email to see if they could attach a balloon to the flowers. To my Surprise, Laura emailed me back with more than I expected. She responded to my email and offered the option of a better suited gift for a One year old. She gave me the option of sending a Teddy bear or a Plush Puppy with a balloon instead of flowers. My gift was delivered to my niece a few hours later that day!! Laura was right, my niece LOVED her puppy and her balloon. Words can not express how Thankful I am. Great Customer Service and attention to detail.

This is absolutely the best florist in Raleigh! I've been going to Gingerbread House my entire life, from receiving flowers sent from there, to ordering corsages and boutonnieres in high school, to now sending and picking up flowers for my family and friends. Laura and the other women are incredibly thorough and kind, always trying to accommodate the flowers I want in an arrangement and staying within my budget in the process.
I recommend this shop to everyone I know in Raleigh. They really care about their product and their customers, and I feel so special every time I come in. Will definitely be using them for my future wedding and beyond.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from looking at the picture on the website. When I went to the service I was so pleased at how the actual arrangement looked far better than the picture. Every flower was fresh and artfully placed.
This was my first time getting flowers from Gingerbread House but it certainly won't be my last.
Wonderful customer service too, I had good communication over the phone and 2 confirmations.

This florist is just amazing to work with. Have ordered many arrangements over the years and they have been great. The in-store customer service is just spot on as well. I always have them make my Christmas bows (yes, I'm challenged) and they are always amazing! 5 stars from me.

I had the pleasure of recently dealing with Laura and Valerie, an extraordinary mother-daughter pair that aims to please! You ladies were the best. I called from 2000 miles away for a next day delivery, and not only were the flowers absolutely wonderful, but Laura and Valerie also helped me hide a special extra gift inside the bouquet itself. Valerie printed out plane tickets for me, rolled them up like a scroll, and tucked it deep into the flowers. It worked like a charm - in fact I'm headed to Mexico tomorrow, which is why I thought to write this review. Thank you both for the great service! I'll be sure to recommend Gingerbread for the wedding one day ;)
